“I've been with acorn mini storage for some time now and i appreciate the support that has been shown to me there. when ever i needed a space for short term or long term I know Acorn had always help me with a budget plan or something to help me out when i was low on funds.The best part of it is that there security has went up higher to give the customer the feeling of "my belongs will be kept there safe" and i have nothing to worry about.Thanks Joy for all your Good Customer Service and hard work to maintain the facility.”

“Let mr. off by saying, Bryant (manager?) is an angel. My 8 month old son and I are fleeing from a relationship with a lot of domestic violence so all of our clothes, and everything to my name is in my storage locker. Long story short, I ran into some trouble and Bryant helped me the best way anybody could've. During my time at U-Haul, he showed vast knowledge of the company as well as services the company offers. He solved any problems the employees or customers ran into very timely. He is very efficient, but he also has a big heart. We need more people like Bryant in the world. U-Haul, this man deserves the world! while I was there, a man named George also helped me. He was very kind, he helped me with everything I needed. He too, was very efficient, in and out in a timely manner.”

If you are renting a truck on the last days of a month and it's the the weekend, try to be there around an hour before your rental time, as there are long lines and they are slow moving. Also, rent your truck well in advance. There were some people in the line that successfully filled out a rental request one or two days before, but they did not have trucks available. In addition, be prepared that your reservation will be forfeited if you show up two hours later than when you said would be your arrival time.”
“Lack of communication with the property manager,
No actual times that they'll be in.
There has been an "IT issue" since Saturday but we've seen multiple people access their units. I was told they'd call us with a temporary key so we could have access to our property/belongings. If this is supposed to be a safe place for our belongings why the hell is there no communication with us or access to communication with you guys? We can't get ahold of property manager and it's not always an option for us to drive down there.
Biggest complaint here is the lack of information and being told he would call us back. He didn't, I've called multiple times with NO answer. I've left 2 voicemails... 1st I was nice about, 2nd one I mean. The second we have access to our belongings we're out.

I think his name is Tom finally came to the office. We talked a bit and he was understanding of me being upset and wanting to rage; we joked a bit and he was able to get me in. It was a temporary code... but I hope the IT gets itself figured out.
Seriously if you're about to leave a review because of the same issues - you aren't alone and it may feel like it's choosing it's victims (don't let that make you go crazy, you're complying and you paid; you're valid).
Seriously though, I think a text line with whoever is in office would be beneficial/office cell phone.
Other than the issues this week it's been smooth. Although my partner did point out that maybe y'all can give those of us struggling with this issue a month free of rent/no rent. ??♀️”
