Not impressed , their prices are on the higher side if you have done your homework.Typical used car sales reputation is well deserved here.They laughed at my counter offer which was more in line with the KBB rate than their number.I was told they would sell it at their price yet one week later they invited me back, I declined.I've been In sales over 30 years and I would judge this as not a professional experience!

Continued fantastic, personalized sales & service staff!Trevor in sales is incredibly knowledgeable, great to work with, & stopped by to check on how I was getting along with my AMAZINGLY fun & satisfying to drive Giulia. He remembered & noticed me while I was waiting for service, 3 years after the sale! It is nice to see that this dealer has well trained sales staff with longevity in Trevor.Speaking of longevity, I always have great experiences with John in service department. Also very knowledgeable, spot on estimates of time, keeps me informed/up to date, & listens to me/my concerns. The service manager, Steve, introduced himself upon my arrival & checked in to see if he could be of any assistance during the process. He also exhibited a great knowledge base & willingness to step in, if needed.As a young female auto enthusiast, I find this dealership's continued fair/equal treatment to all people incredibly refreshing in an auto world that can still be biased (ah-hem, AR of Minneapolis don't give people, especially women the run around & play games with pricing & parts availability!)

I bought my 2022 Stelvio here. That experience was awesome. They did everything they could to help me buy my first new car. Today I’m getting my first oil change. The service Department is excellent. Don’t be a schmutz, buy from Shmelz!

The worst dealership to service my car of my life. They just don't want to work. Impossible to get a service appointment, nor by phone nor through their website nor through their chat nor by email.... They don't even call you back or provide any explanation, nothing. They don't even have the parts for a safety recall after 10 months. Extremely disappointed. Tired of waiting I went to Luther (St Louis Park), a whole different story. It is sad but do not waste your time with these people.

Worked with Trevor twice in our car buying process. Other than the Guilia itself, he was one of the main reasons for purchasing through Schmelz Alfa. We test drove an Audi A5, Lexus ES350, Infiniti Q60, and BMW 338i and 340. All the cars are comparable to the Guilia, but we feel we got treated fairly from the first time we were test driving cars in December and again this past weekend. No pressure, good warranty and we ended up with a truly unique luxury ride for a fair price. Thanks Trevor for your patience with us.

Would buy again here, plus quality service treatment after the sale. My Alfa Romeo Giulia is a blast and I continue to LOVE it, every single time I drive!As to sales here: incredibly respectful experience. Vehicles were out and ready to view/drive ahead of my appointment time and we dove right in with focused attention by sales staff throughout. Thanks to the team (especially the knowledgeable and personable sales person, Trevor!) that made my purchase easy and satisfying. They were ready to meet me at my level - to educate me about the car or financing for things I did not know, explain anything I had questions on, or willing to find out - then followed through promptly. They also listened to details of what aspects were important to me as well as showed other features in line with my interests and questions - not just try to "wow" me with tech or breeze over my feedback.In the service department, I have been delighted by the communication and respect provided by the very pleasant John. He listens well to customers and instantly obtains feedback when needed. He provided accurate timeframes and updates on progress or findings.Also in service, the tech Joel has been thorough and knowledgeable! He provided an excellent technical, yet concise and understandable summary review of my vehicle service via a video link before I even picked up the vehicle.

My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing to say the least. I dropped my car off for a simple software update and oil change and picked it up to find a a weird grease smeared all over my center counsel and two large, parallel scratches down the back moonroof. After bringing it to management’s attention, they did a pretty thorough investigation (which I appreciated) however in the end it was inconclusive one way or the other and therefore they were not willing to take accountability for the damage. Now I am stuck with the damage to my car while management claims they’ll be improving their intake process going forward- that doesn't do me much good as the damage is done.The facts are 1) the employees claimed that I dropped my car off with grease all over the center counsel, which I know is an outright lie 2) the dealership’s service bay cameras were too low resolution and unable to see the scratches even during followup viewings- why is that my fault and how can they claim the scratches were already there? 3) It's pretty suspicious that the intake person claims to have specifically noticed grease on the center console upon arrival but supposedly didn’t notice or take note of two large scratches on the moonroof of a very low-to-the-ground Julia 4) I keep my car immaculate inside and out and the idea that I dropped it off with the grease and scratches on it and that I'm trying to pull one over on them is really just insulting.I feel that management should have taken responsibility, especially considering that they themselves couldn’t even show that they didn’t in fact cause the damage. They just kept saying that they couldn't find any evidence as to how they could have done it, so maybe I bought the car that way 10 months ago and just noticed the scratches now?!All in all, I had a terrible experience with this dealership and now I have a car with a damaged sunroof- I would not recommend this dealer to anyone as I do not feel that employees are honest at all and they won't take accountability . In fact, this has completely ruined my experience with my Alfa Romeo in general and I doubt I will ever purchase one ever again.

One of the worst dealerships I've been to.Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Minneapolis/St Louis Park Alfa. Wasted hours of my time on 2 separate occasions now. I specifically called and had everything set up before I made the drive so this wouldn't happen.After I test drove the car they wanted $6,000 more and told me they wouldn't honor the price they emailed me. The email specifically stated the manager agreed to this price and it was in their system. I've learned my lesson and hopefully can save others from getting jerked around.

The Stelvio itself is the only redeeming factor in my experience. You would think if someone is spending that much on a vehicle, you would get better customer service. I felt my experience was the reason why car sales people have such negative stereotypes. I was lied to and then there was a complete lack of communication and customer service with a large issue after I purchased the vehicle. It's like once I signed the papers it didn't matter and little customer service that was there completely vanished.

These guys are great. They are the only ones in the cities that actually seem like they know Alfas. I have brought my Giulia in at 10k and 20k — and I will definitely be back at 30k.

Worst experience EVER!!! My wife and I setup to test driver a stelvio and to get in it and experience it and see if this is the vehicle we want to buy. We get there the vehicle is not ready for a test drive, don't even get to spend any time looking at it or seeing any features or have the salesman RAMON even show us the vehicle. After driving 3 hours and really excited we were told it has summer tires and is dangerous to drive. WTF! HORRIBLE DEALER AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. Really makes think do I want to buy from this brand or not now.

The service department does such a great job and now they have a new application to make your service experience even better. Once your repairs are completed you will receive a text that will direct you to "payment hub". You can pay through there and it was so easy and fast. Thanks for the great service and all ways looking for ways to get better for our customers.
