?AVOID?????Brought an Android with a broken screen.The same night it starts glitching and now the battery won't hold a charge.Now they won't return the cash or fix the phone without another fee.

I am very pleased with the great service. I was hesitant to bring my phone to a "kiosk vendor" (no offense to the owners), but doing some research I am glad I did. My galaxy S22 Ultra needed the lcd screen replaced and they were not only cheaper than where Samsung recommended me but they had the parts on hand.A few thoughts1. Read the negative reviews. (There aren't many) And the owners response. I totally side with the owners!2. The place Samsung sent me to also uses aftermarket parts. Who cares! Do you think your mechanic goes the dealer to get parts. Nope. Its the same stuff just without the name and the cost that comes with that name.3. I first went in and got a price quote. Both gentlemen veryfriendly and accommodating even though they were both fixing phones. I walked past a week later and they were busy. When I had the money to fix my phone, guess what. They were busy. A place that does that much business and has been there that long clearly knows that they are doing!Long review but I highly recommend. My phone is as good as new.Thank you!

I had cracked my Motorola screen, ordered a new one on Amazon. Took it to a couple of BigBoxStores, they wouldn't touch it, as I ordered just the screen not the case/cover as well. WHERE to go? Then I remembered when I put out my Help Post on Facebook, a friend had said the mall kiosk!! I showed up asking if he could please help me? He said he could and I would have my phone in one or two hours...for $60. Sounded like a fine plan to me as that was roughly the rate I was quoted elsewhere. About 90 minutes later I got the call, my phone was ready! When I showed up to pick up my phone he was thoroughly cleaning it, to ensure there was no glue on it. He also put on the screen protector that had come w the screen. Thanks for fast, efficient and friendly service!! As I told him upon checking out "I hope to never need you again, but if I need repair help? I'll be back!" Z Cellphone Repair was easy to get to after parking at the mall entrance door just east of the Kohl's door on the south side of the mall, enter the mall and hang a right and it's about two kiosks down!

Fast and efficient. And reasonably priced. I paid $125 to fix my iPhone 12 back screen that was cracked. It was a genuine fake apple screen though so I hope I can return this to Verizon this way ? I’ll have to update everyone in a month. But the service was good here.

Fixed my broken phone screen. Pleased with the results. Two guys work at the stand, an Asian and an Indian ? guy. Both friendly enough.They have the ability to fix screens and change ports, not the mother boards. Turn around time can be as little as 45 minutes. Cash discount. They accept plastic but you pay a small fee.They are willing to answer questions but be clear on expectations and outcomes.

I went to get my screen fixed and my phone was restarted and all of my contacts were deleted, that is unacceptable and I will not be going back! And I knew my password and iCloud information before I got my phone fixed…my phone was fine until I let Z cell phone repair fix it! When they gave my phone back is when I noticed they reset it!

Excellent experience! And by far the best prices around for OEM replacement parts. Called the store pretty late to request screen replacement on an iPad Air 3 that shattered earlier. The owner not only had stock of my display but also was $100 cheaper than any of the other 12 places I called that day! iPad is working great and looks great! Highly recommended!! Thanks again!

I'm sad I can't give more then five stars. I don't even know where to start. In a world filled with places being short-handed and the customer service being lousy, this guy works all by himself and is top notch. Broke my phone, after going to 2 other places and given higher quotes and repair times of days, this man fixed my phone for half the price in 30 minutes! As my work is entirely based off my phone he is a total lifesaver! Cheaper and faster than using my cellular phones insurance. Don't bother going anywhere else, just go here.

When I was going through a drawer in my room I found my old broken iPod. The screen was cracked, the home button didn't work, and the internal battery stopped working.I knew there were old vacation photos on there, so I wanted to get it fixed.The staff were very friendly and the cost was very reasonable.I'm happy I got it fixed.I completely forgot that I recorded my friend picking up his wedding ring for his wife at the jewelry store.And I'm sure I'll find more important things on there,I still haven't gone through all the photos on it yet :)

Outstanding experience today. The screen on my iPad was cracked and needed replacement. The man doing the work was very professional and straightforward about cost and time involved. Work was excellent. At $120 very reasonable (considering that a major retailer advised me that it would cost multiple times that amount). Strongly recommended.

Cracked the screen on my Note 20 Ultra. It had lines on it then went blank. Called Z Repair and took it over, they had a new screen on it in an hour. Quick professional service. If you need a phone, tablet, or laptop repair be sure to check them out.
