Plaza TV has been my go to for all major appliances. They are friendly and responsive all my needs. Scott came to fix my ice maker and didn’t leave until I was totally satisfied. I will always support this local, family owned business.

You guys aren’t going to believe this but I saw either owner or one of the people who work there picking up trash and dumping it next door at the Popeyes front door which is highly illegal. As I went to order my food I let the Popeyes employees know & they informed me that he does it all the time and goes as far as calling Popeyes and demands them to pick up trash outside the building. Apparently some Popeyes customers eat and dump their trash outside their car which I am completely against. Does he go McDonald’s and leave McDonald’s trash at the door? Does he call McDonalds and ask the employees to come over and pick up trash left behind?

Recently got a new gas dryer from them. The salesman was super knowledgeable and explained the differences in the different models without being pushy. Set a time for delivery and they were there within 5 minutes of the start of the window they gave me. They were quick and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't realize the door was the wrong way to right after they left. Called them up and they had someone out there the next morning. Plus while switching the door the tech adjusted the leg on my washer to fix a wobble he noticed. Great service, great experience, great price.

Our go to place for appliances. We have shopped around and always come back to Plaza. We like to support local business. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. They will explain the options and break down the similarities and differences between each brand that they carry.Service after the sale is also very important to them.

Came here after having several issues with another company.Initial interaction and purchase went good.Set up for delivery (discussed delivery prior to 2pm - was told no problem and he stated we would probably be the first delivery that day). Never heard from them/confirm call -so I called to verify. It was still on. Verified they had it prior to 2pm-they did.Day of delivery I reached out at lunch as they still hadn't arrived. I spoke with Tom, whom I had been working with the entire time. After checking he failed to call me back, so I called him again.-I was told it was on the way to my house. Great!When it wasn't there an hour later- I reached out again.-Then I was told the delivery drivers on the way to "pick it up"- first states in Maplewood- which was going to push limits on time. Even I couldn't make it from the store to my house in the 30 min he's stating- ontop of knowing it's not even loaded yet. After all this I reiterated our conversation to confirm and then was told it was coming from West St Paul- which added another 30 min time in delivery!!-At this point I'm stressed out at work trying to deal with this. I realize I'm 100% being jerked around as Toms story changes constantly to fit the second.. told Tom to just be honest and tell me what is happening so I can figure out other arrangements for someone else to be there for it!Tom at that point stated "can't your hubby leave for work later" ?UNBELIEVABLE. No sir, if he does that people die. Not everyone has a job that allows them to stroll in late.Delivery made it to the house, late and past time- needed a neighbor to come let them in to drop it off in garage.Here's the thing. THINGS HAPPEN. Understandable. The 100% dishonest and jerking around- NOT ACCEPTABLE.I was ELATED about the product I purchased, and initial purchase was fine. Tom really ruined it! He couldnt care less and it's obvious.???Unsure if I will return for any future needs.*The product itself that I purchased is great, except a minor scratch on the top control plate. Besides that, I do love it. ?

Tom & Dave are GREAT! Wonderful customer service, competitive pricing, plus will match if you find a lower price. We found the exact appliances we were looking for, we scored an amazing deal. We will get them in approximately 2-3 weeks. Perfect timing for us with a bit of painting to do. We’re sold! We’ll be back!

HIGHLY recommend. Dave was very knowledgeable. Had gone to all the big box stores and just happened to drive by and stopped in thank goodness.All they do is appliances and know their stuff.Ended up buying all of our appliances from them.

We have purchased multiple appliances from PlazaTV and have never been disappointed. Their service dept is also great to work with. Scott came out this morning, was on time and clearly communicated with us. Diagnosed the issue, went to pick up the needed replacement part and had our dryer back up and running in an hour. And they were able to get us on the schedule in less than a week when other places in the area were booking a couple weeks out.
