I'm a first time mom and I'm defiantly THAT helicopter mom. Leaving my baby girl with people I don't know was so terrifying and I was so nervous. This New Horizon, in short, has been nothing but absolutely amazing, reassuring, compassionate and understanding.To name a few of the teachers (Gina, Michelle, Ann, Jackie, Daesha and so many more) make me feel so confident and comfortable with my baby staying there while I'm at work. I get anywhere from 2 - 5 photos of her PER DAY and every single photo my daughter has the biggest smile on her face, you can just tell she loves her teachers so much. My favorite ones are when Michelle or Gina are reading to her or talking to her, it makes me feel so much better she's not missing out on any snuggles while I'm away.You're able to message the teachers throughout the day on an app which makes communication easy. I feel bad sometimes because I'll check in often or ask my many first-time-mom questions. They always get back to me quick and are always patient with me.All in all, I'm very happy with my choice to send my daughter here. No doubt in my mind, I know she's getting some of the best care with the teachers they have. I can't say enough good things about this staff. THANK YOU!

Been here for almost 5 years! Love the center and the teachers dearly! They do an amazing job with doing for our kids!

I have 3 boys that attends this location. I’m looking to relocate them. Ann the assistant director likes to down y’all to parents of a different race. They miss treat my second oldest boy by leaving his diaper on him that hasn’t been changed for hours. He was almost potty trained but they wouldn’t take him at daycare so know I have to retain him in asking for the bathroom. The youngest keeps getting sick because they keep the air too high in the building. This facility should be shut down and re-evaluated. Debbie the Director ask like she’s clueless I had to call corporate a couple times.

Worst place ever, first came here they just grab my son from my arms as I am saying buy, them don’t tell you that the payment is due the week prior and give you a $20 late fee. Then you get a a little behind and going to pay the normal day and they decide to tell you that nope you need to pay that plus extra to stay as I already drop him off, but don’t say anything to you the day before when you pick him up. Bad business. Would have had no problems if they would no keep things and wait to say anything.
