My family and I availed of services of My Medical Clinic in Maplewood recently for I-693 / immigration medical exam. We had very good experience. Dr. Bhavana Anand and Dr. Jyothi were very professional and explained the process in detail. They provided appropriate instructions for specific conditions. They were very efficient and were prompt in responding to any queries via phone and email. The communication was excellent and clear throughout. In the end, they went through the forms in detail and explained everything. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend My Medical Clinic to anyone from Twin Cities area in need of immigration medical exam.

Everyone on the clinic staff who helped us is excellent! This is my first time being at the place with my family, so I appreciate the time taken to explain the procedure step by step. It comes down to the individual, but I would like to say that there is a mix of kind & unkind workers here. Drug screens end at 3:00 pm, but they close at 5:00 pm. They require a mask. If you don’t have a mask, it is $1.00, but, it’s not posted that there is a charge for a mask. I didn’t have a mask, so I had to acquire one. An employee was rude and standoffish toward me. If I hadn’t said something, I may have waited much longer. I was kind and asked how much longer it would be. I was in and out in 25 minutes for a pre employment drug urinalysis test.

I'm really disappointed in the time it took for them to collect a pre-employment urine sample. I have never spent more than ten minutes for giving a UA sample. It took them over 45 minutes to call me back.Truly poor business practices. Identify those who have a simple screening and those with more complex (DOT, etc). A simple UA should NOT involve this amount of waiting time, especially when one person was waiting in the waiting room.Beyond the wait time, the MA was really nice, office staff was polite, clean facility, and a smooth process once they did call me back.

My wife and I completed our medical examination at the Eagan clinic. Dr. Bhavana Anand, Mr. Peri and the rest of the staff were extremely professional and courteous. We had to have a few follow up appointments due to a medical condition. Dr. Anand worked with us throughout the process, kept us updated with the right information and helped us make the right decisions. In every visit her experience showed clearly. She was available via email and called us personally to provide us the details of the follow up X-rays. Dr. Anand also helped me add additional vaccine details to my previously completed forms. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend My Medical Clinic.

Having healthcare being understaffed did not help the case of this clinic at all. I had to go here for a mandatory drug test for a new job interview and I waited for an hour before they could get me in. They tell you to come with a full bladder and I'm pregnant, so you can imagine how fun that was. The staff was very friendly the building was kind of gross and outdated, other patients were disrespectful. It was an odd place to spend a Friday afternoon.

RUDE AND OVERALL UNHELPFUL STAFF AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS My husband was here for a required pre employment drug screening. This was the only location available for him to have this drug screening so it was a little drive from our house. He was waiting to use the restroom there so he could test without waiting to need to go, however by the time he got to the clinic he needed to go very badly and he was refused the bathroom multiple times until he started literally peeing himself they finally let him use the restroom. I understand they may be worried to let him use it prior to a screening but he also was unaware that he'd have to wait 1+ hours just to have the test done. Overall they are extremely unprofessional, rude and they seem like they don't want to be here. I suggest If you are looking for a pre employment Ua DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!!!!!!

Worst experience. Fat Asian lady in the front desk is disrespectful. They asked for half a cup of pee for drug test and I was a little under still they didn’t accept it and told me to go somewhere else where “your people” can help you because we won’t.

Worst patient care I've received in the whole state of MN, and I wish that no one that has to go through occupational health for a drug screening at this location. Furthermore, ignorant staff will point at a sign acting like you're illiterate for walk-ins being 30-50 minutes waiting time due to no appointment, but don't comprehend that you can't schedule an appointment when your employer sends you. They also won't update their hours of service for drug screening on their website because it's not 8-5pm but actually 9-3pm. Ended up waiting 1 hour and 17 minutes approximately to get 5 minutes of service. If that's adequate patient care then we are in serious trouble on top of this COVID-19 pandemic. Disappointing and frustrating.

I am very happy with Dr. Bhavana Anand Service for providing me and my family with I-693 forms for immigration. The whole process from giving the blood work to getting the sealed envelope for USCIS was seamless and was completed in 7 working days. She was transparent and very detailed. I would recommend My Medical Clinic to anyone who wants to get their I-693 forms.
