Jessica in service does an amazing job and is so knowledgeable in what we get. She looks for the best deal and she is the reason we bring all our vehicles and tell all our friends to go to Merit. She should be in charge of the service department. Thanks Jessica for help with my tires and new battery!

The issue is not resolved and it was not thoroughly checked during the appt. Then when we received a phone call to pick up the car and told them the details again, he ignored it and had us pick the car up anyway. When we got there, the service light for the issue was still on and it still appears as though the washer fluid is leaking. It is hard to take time off work to do these appts. and very frustrating that no one took the issue seriously or respected our time in the process. To take a day off and then to be told to come back tomorrow is absolutely horrible.

Very friendly service. They were honest when they inspected my vehicle too. They did not try to gouge me like some other dealers have in the past. In the waiting area there are rolls and granola as well as coffee. Having my car serviced here was overall a pleasant experience.

We had a great experience at Merit Chevrolet. We were looking for a Bolt EUV and we were able to test drive one at Merit the day we called them. Our salesperson Mike Salmon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as he has owned one. We put money down on a Bolt EUV that was already on order. Mike kept us informed about the progress of the vehicle (manufacture, transport, etc.) and the estimated time frame was spot on. We picked it up a few days ago and love it. We would recommend Merit to anyone.

Overall I had an incredible experience. The Merit Chev team is awesome! From order to closing on the financing was a great experience! On the day of pickup I was in and out in less than a half an hour and on my way. Great customer service in all departments!

I dropped my car off and explained the issue I was having with my car. The shuttle driver took me home. I was updated on the status mid-day and the car was ready shortly thereafter. Shuttle driver picked me up and my car was waiting for me. They fixed my issue first time. Friendly and professional staff. I will definitely go back if I ever have any issues.

Jerry Mathison is a wonderful salesman. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and serviceable. It was a joy to deal with him; he sold us the right car, a car within our budget, a car with a lot of safety features. Just what we needed. We admired his performance.

We brought our car in on 09/14/2023 at 7:25 a.m. with a problem due to our car not turning off! We never got a call back and after 5 hours we called, and they said they didn't look at it yet! Two and a half hours later we called again, and they said they didn't, couldn't get the part in. We finally needed our car and demanded to pick it up. They then said they will order the part and it could take anywhere from 2 days to two weeks. Meanwhile we are now driving our car with not knowing if it will shut down or not when we arrive to our where we go it will shut down!! It is a 2022 and only has 9000 miles on it and under bumper-to-bumper warranty. We would have liked a called before all those hours were wasted to have our car. We are both retired and need a car. My wife has Parkinson's, and we depend on a good running car. We understand repairs take time but a phone call letting us know the part would need to be order would have been nice!!! I hope we can all learn from this!!

I had been looking for a specific Trailblazer for awhile and was happy to find it at Merit. It was a hard to find vehicle so I called before driving the 40 minutes to the dealership and Diane made sure it was in the lot and not sold so I didn’t waste my time. She was really great during the entire process and didn’t rush me into any decisions.

We called Merit Chevrolet last week after noticing an oil issue with our Tahoe. Chuck was extremely helpful and informative, and had our vehicle in promptly. He is an excellent communicator, and kept us extremely informed. He is an excellent part of the service team at this location. We had called around to a few Chevrolet locations before speaking with Chuck. His professionalism, help and time answering questions was greatly appreciated, and what led us here.It was our first time at Merit Chevrolet, but will certainly not be our last. We plan to use Merit for our future service needs moving forward, as well as future leases. Thank you Chuck!!

Staff was courteous and helpful. Service was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service. This was my first service at Merit and i will most likely be back however, it would've been nice if they ran my car through the car wash. I usually go to Luther and they wash my car after every service.

Kept vehicle overnight unexpectedly. Offered no option of loaner vehicle. Also, no shuttle back available next day, even though I had confirmed with them the day before I would need one back. Did not get vehicle back for 29 hours, even though the repairs were VERY simple and routine. Making an appt doesn’t matter because they appeared to have no idea I was coming in and no clue what work I needed to have done. Also, I had to bring my vehicle back the following day due to repairs done incorrectly and my tire pressure reading wrong on the wrong tires. Horrible experience. Poor communication regarding return of car.

Ben was great!! First time purchasing a brand new vehicle, and returning to a familiar place was so comforting. Everyone was patient with me and did not pressure me one way or another. I will definitely be bringing my business back for future vehicles!
