Purchased a vehicle from Merit Chevrolet and had a really great experience working with Rob and Scott. All of the staff including the owner were super friendly and accommodating. We had traveled from 6 hours away and we were able to close on a deal and drive the vehicle home that same day. We are very happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to shop here again!

Been a customer for close to 4 years and I have never walked away feeling overcharged or treated differently because I am a woman. I can't say enough up the service department/cashier crew! They are amazing and through the stress of repairs/service they make sure you are up to speed on repairs. I also know that all the repairs have always been 100% the first time around and 100% when fixing another shops disasters. Looking forward to leasing my 4th truck!!

Everyone from Diane (sales) Jason(financing) and Chad (manager) made the buying experience fun and not like a chore. They listened to what I wanted and explained all the features. Chuck was able to help me as soon as I pulled in, courier took me to work and picked me up when my service was done. Chuck also updated me on an unresolved TSB regarding front axel noise, asked me if the "jingle" was get worse, and showed me was he was seeing about the problem.
