Brought my truck to them to fix my 4wheel drive. 6 months later I replaced my transmission. While removing discovered they had left my 4wheel drive wire harness laying on the driveshaft and it had wore through 5 wires. I brought to their attention and they claim that they thought I had done it. I had not touched the truck since they charged me over $1,200. They gave me $200 to make it right. This is admission of their fault. $200 is a slap in the face. To fix their subpar work it would cost me $1,200 again. Also if I don’t fix it, it would leave me stranded yet again this winter. Absolutely horrible customer service and lack of standing behind their (poor) work. Thanks service manager Dan!

Terrible, on phone told me to come down and they would check code, shouldn't be a problem, anytime, no cost. When I arrived there, they stated it would cost 225. to have someone look at it, bait and switch.

I called asking the service department about a vehicle that was brought in used on trade in 2014. (The vehicle had a Merit Chevrolet sticker on the back.) I needed information about recalls and past repairs, I provided the VIN# and the service department rep was able to tell me that all 8 fuel injectors were replaced in 2013 and the gauge cluster was replaced in 2005 by Merit. This gave me the confidence to purchase the vehicle. I was very happy with the service department's help provided to some non-customer on the phone they didn't know and weren't obligated to help. In my experience if someone can be trusted in small matters, they can be trusted in big matters as well. I don't live in Maplewood but would deal with them in the future if I need a new Chevy and I tip my hat to them today!

My partner was having issues with the car. When she shifts the car into park it would say that it's not in park and so i had set up an appointment to get it checked out. The appointment was 9am. The care was dropped off at 9 am. They also got a partner to agree to an oil change and tire rotation. My partner was told that the car should be done by early noon. At 1pm i called them to see why they hadn't called us yet, and they they told me tel justbstarted working on the car. We had to leave out of town so i told them we needed the car back. We went and got the car but they made us wait about another 40 mins before we got our back. I was told that they only got the oil change and tire rotation done so where did the other 4 hours go. They did not even get done what i wanted them to check for. The person that was there said that because different services were getting done it had to go through different techs. So how many techs does it take to do an oil change and tire rotation? Obviously they did not care about the well being of the care because they did not look into my concerns about the car. They did what was easy and convenient for them and it took them more then for hours to do a job that i can do myself in less then 30 mins. She acted like i don't know anything about car maintenance and gave me a BS excuse about it needing to go through different techs for the most basic maintenance WOW!!! Very bad experience and terrible service seems like the only care about take your money and doing what was convenient for them. They did not care about the well being of the car or the well being of the person driving the car because they never looked into the more important concern that was at had. I would not go back to this place if there was a different merit chevrolet service that is close to my house. Terrible serviceService: Auto maintenance

I purchased my Sonic new from Merit Chevrolet and have always used and trusted their services. After a routine maintenance visit an unexpected and urgent needed repair was discovered. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. I can't thank them enough! From their genuine care ,excellent communications and skill sets they are the best.
