I go here for Sprinter service for my camper van. I was quite happy with Sears Imports for service but they are very far away and their lot is ridiculously tight for maneuvering an RV. I switched to MB of SP when they started their Sprinter service and there were a few communication bugs at first in scheduling. That's all in the past and the multiple times I've been there since, everything has gone very well. I never felt overcharged and the service reps with whom I spoke have been very knowledgeable about Sprinter issues. I feel lucky to be able to get my Sprinter-based camper van serviced here.

On December 22 my 2022 GLC 300 4matic suv decided not to start in -30 below weather after only being outside for two hours at it is normally parked in a heated apartment garage. Roadside assistance for Mercedes came out and obviously tried to charge the battery which I already knew that was not it as all the lights, heated seats and everything was turning on. Because of the cold weather and snowfall I was unable to get a tow truck at that time of night so my car had to sit outside. Mercedes lined me up with a tow truck for the next morning. I talked with the tow truck company that morning followed them on the app and then next thing I know they were no longer on my app. I called the tow truck company and they said that Mercedes had canceled it. Mercedes said the tow truck company canceled it. And now there are no tow trucks available for the next 24 hours as they are all booked. I started panicking as obviously I needed to get things done before Christmas Eve and I was heading out of town on the 25th and obviously did not want my car sitting outside for a week. Thank goodness I had my own tow truck company that I had used in the past that had a flatbed. I normally go to the Mercedes dealer in Bloomington but the gentleman from roadside assistance highly talked about Maplewood and that he works there. My tow truck company would only bring it to the maplewood Mercedes dealer as it was closer and the roads were horrible. I called Maplewood Mercedes and talked with Justin Maalis telling him my concern about my car getting fixed right away and/or if I was able to get a rental car, he said if I could get it in there sooner than later, he would see what he could do. Unfortunately with this vehicle, there was an update that was needed in the system and mine wasn't the only one having this issue. The tow truck brought me and my car to the dealership I was greeted by Justin right away. They started working on it and found out it wasn't just the update, but the whole starter needed to be replaced so I would have to leave it there and I was given a rental. I reminded them that I was leaving out of town. I would not be able to bring my rental back and that it would be sitting in an underground parking garage for a week. They were totally fine with that. While on vacation, Justin kept in touch with me letting me know when my car was done and to just let him know when I get back into town. Tony Stoehr was also amazing to work with sending a valet to bring me my car and exchange it for the rental car as again the roads are very icy. I was so impressed with the communication and customer service that I will probably continue to go to maplewood Mercedes then heading to the other dealership in Bloomington . Thank you so much!!

The best dealership experience I have ever had. My fiancé and I traveled from out of state and worked with Bailey Johnson - before traveling up to MN, we were sent a personalized walk-around video of the vehicle, which I found very helpful. Bailey was very knowledgeable and managed all our concerns well. I found communication, from sales to finance, to be very clear and we left feeling confident in our purchase! 10/10. Would highly recommend working with Bailey - I am very pleased with the kindness and professionalism we experienced. I don't think many people realize how far that goes. Will definitely return for our next purchase!

Great experience with this dealership! Bailey Johnson, our salesman was very helpful as we were buying the vehicle from out of state. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from here!

I'll be taking the good review back. I brought my car there. Got it back damaged for a second time. I was called a liar and told to bring my car somewhere else. These guys !!!!!REALLY SUCK!!!!!

Worst service ever, diagnosed the problem completely wrong, was told I needed 3k in parts, just needed one module to be plugged back in and re-flash the other module. spoke to service manager about this and he said he would get back to me never did.
