The woman (I wish I would have gotten her name) was very kind, knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed for his machine and even gave me some good suggestions and information to pass along to my husband. “Update 17Sep: I did stop by for a wonder a few weeks ago and sadly found a very rude woman working; she is obviously miserable. Hey y’all, we are in charge of our own happiness so make it happen for yourself. In the meantime please stay out of customer service roles it’s not our fault. Even after this experience my rating of 5 stars will remain due to the products, services, and staff I meant on that first visit.
I called to ensure they had what I needed in stock. There is a phone menu but very shortly after choosing the correct menu number the phone was answered by a real person at their Maplewood location. After it was confirmed they had what I needed I went directly and was immediately helped. They don’t do ApplePay but neither do I. This was my first time here but will be returning as needed.”
