I had my tires rotated as part of a routine maintenance and they found a nail in one of my tires, citing it was “non-repairable” and the recommended service would be north of $350. I declined the service, but they did not tell me at pickup they removed the nail from the tire. I drove my car home with low tire pressure and by the next morning my tire was completely flat. Was able to temporarily fill my tire and drive to TiresPlus. They were able to fix in minutes for $31 … so how can you report the tire to be non-repairable ?? Don’t take advantage of your customers by overpricing for something that can very easily be fixed. Very disappointing service.

This is one of the best vehicle buying experiences I’ve ever had! The salesman Jonathan was extremely professional. They had a tech guy come and go over all the buttons and knobs, explaining all the features, functions and benefits to me.I would highly recommend Lexus of Maplewood to anyone looking to get a vehicle. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly and courteous.

I do perform service at this dealership routinely, the customer care and attention to addressing needs to my vehicle is quite satisfactory. They also offer courtesy rides which allows you to keep your schedule. I would go there always and recommend highly.Jude.

The staff truly do go above and beyond with their customers! You will be taken care of here. I am beyond grateful for their help and the loaner provided while my vehicle was in the shop. A very stressful situation was handled with the utmost kindness and consideration.

Great customer service. I booked my car for oil change. I got great customer experience,Mike walked me through other routine maintenance tasks required.He printed out itemized maintenance with what needed replacement and cost.He also went an extra mile to prioritize based on critical repairs.This approach helps me budget and iterate. The other thing I liked is sharing videos of the car repairs. I highly recommend Lexus of Maplewood for all your car routine maintenance.

One of the best and easiest car-buying experiences I've ever had.We went with the L/certified Lexus RX 350 F sport. And I couldn't ask for a better team.Ray, my salesperson, has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Since this is our first Lexus car and experience, Ray was very patient with my ten-million questions.Team members at the dealership are professional and kind. The amenity is high-end and comfortable.Overall, the level of expertise and service was what made us choose Lexus (among other brands) and Lexus of Maplewood (among other dealers). We feel very confident about our decision.

Outstanding service from the moment we walked in the door. Very friendly staff, Andy our sales guy was incredible and made us feel extremely comfortable about our purchase. Jeff was extremely helpful in explaining and providing service recommended on my 2012 RX350. All service work was done in a professional and timely manner.I was provided a loaner car for the day, and Lexus Service Agent Jeff communicated ongoing progress and required changes in plans for service in a timely and understandable manner. I am totally satisfied with my service experience at Lexus of Maplewood on August 1, 2023.

We worked with Dave, and he was excellent! Great communication, not pushy, and got us the car we wanted! Normally our experience at a dealership is sitting there all day signing paperwork- we were in and out quickly! Great experience overall!

I had been looking for a 2023 RX350h Luxury model in red, of course for my wife. I started looking several months ago. I was talking to 5 different dealers. I would call each one every week or two.It was a dead end for quite a while. I then got a call from Lexus of Maplewood. Christian Hobbs was the one that took my calls. He saw a vehicle on the build list, but it was blue. I put a deposit on it after talking to my wife. No one else had anything available. Two weeks later a red one came up he called me, and I switched to the red one.Christian kept me updated on the status, and answered all my numerous questions!Today we made the 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealer to pick up our new car!Christian was outstanding. Very professional, very patient with all the technical aspects. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales professional and dealer.

My service experience was exceptional. Check in went very smoothly. Ali was very engaging and explained the details of the what would happen and answered any questions that I had. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, Ali continually updated me as things progressed. Ali sent me the detailed assessment of the vehicle’s status and the work need to be completed. When she provided the requested estimate of a potential repair, I had the opportunity to decline it. The service was completed 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Maplewood Lexus Service is very BAD.No Dignity.No integrity.No quality service.Super disappointed with them.Maybe their service is base on their moods and preference?Both Mechanics, Service Adviser and Manager didn't do their jobs properly when I took my car for service.Had oil change, brakes and rotors replaced.Mechanics do more damaged to the car than make it better.They too lazy to re-install all the plastic shields/ guards cover back into the car, so some plastic shields and bolts are missing.Went back to talk to service adviser and manager. They denied everything and when I point to how some part of the plastic shields have only 1 bolts and look hanging down like is going to fall off. They say they will go put 1 more bolt to screw it back on when it needs more then that. Now the car missing shields, bolts and sound worst then before it went in for service..Why go to dealer and pay more when their service is so mediocre.Be extra careful when take your car for service with them.Better yet,no need to use their services if they don't provide quality service. Find other nicer place to go to.Make sure to take good pictures or video of your car inside, outside, under car, and engine before go do service.In case they failed to their jobs or damaged your car like mine, so you have proof.Because they will denied everything you say just as they denied mine.
