Hi Mike!
I gave to You the 10 (Highest) rating as I am very Happy having You as my Service Advisor. When I scheduled my appointment using the Website and they ask me what I want done on my service request. As I didn't know what was recommended either I wrote just have Mike tell me what needs to be done this time.
Thank You Mike for being my Advisor and telling me what should be done each time!!!!

Tim Frederick at Lexus of Maplewood is a phenomenal professional who provides outstanding service throughout every step of the vehicle purchasing process. I recently scheduled a service appointment online at the dealership, but when I arrived, my appointment wasn't showing up in their system. At first, it seemed like I might have wasted my time, as I was told to wait at someone's desk without much hope of being helped. However, Ali quickly noticed my situation and invited me over to her desk. Despite the busy schedule, she managed to squeeze me in and ensure that my vehicle was taken care of. Ali was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Highly recommend working with Ali—she’s fantastic!

Clint is very vested in developing and keeping strong customer relationships. I feel like I can ask anything and I will receive full transparency. Getting details behind numbers is greatly appreciated and the more forthcoming he is up front, the better! He’s great to work with and clearly is highly supported by the rest of the team at Lexus Maplewood. The team at Lexus always makes me feel as if I’m one of their favorite customers. Just leased my 5th vehicle!

Started with a great selection of available service times on line. I was greeted by Paul who made me feel right at home. He passed me to Zach who took care of me immediately and got my car in to be serviced. Once issues were diagnosed Zach gave me the details and options. They provided me a loaner car and the next day my vehicle was back in shape. Estimated cost matched my invoice and I was on my way. This team does service right. I will be back!!

I was in and out with a complete rundown on when the car would be done, and was communicated to me when there was any changes. Would contact me via text (preferred) if additional work needed to be completed. I never feel pressured into getting additional services done, but I get the addition work done because I trust Zach and Sam that my car is being taken care of.

The receptionist and finance person were very helpful. Our sales person, Christian, was late for his appointment with us, and had not started any of the paperwork necessary for us to pay off our lease, which was the entire point of the meeting.

Excellent service and considerate treatment. Professional.I had hoped they would vacuum the vehicle. As a result I would give them 4.5 stars. Rheem, the service consultant was excellent. She was professional, courteous and kept me well informed.
