I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.

I dealt with Nikki when my car was repaired. She kept me up to date regarding the progress of my vehicle. She was always available to answer questions and very knowledgeable and helpful. After my car was finished and I had been driving it for a couple days, the motor would suddenly stop. This was a sporadic issue. After taking it to the car dealership without the issue being resolved I called Nikki. She retrieved my vehicle, had it taken apart and put back together. It now seems to be working fine again. She was very thorough, helpful, professional and accommodating. I have trusted LaMettry’s multiple times and would recommend them to anyone.

Well since it had been years since I needed body work done my first surprise was I needed an appointment for the estimate! I was use to just driving up and getting it at that time as there were never more than a car or so before they got to me.Different world now everything takes more time now. But saying that things did go quicker having an appointment.Once they had the car things went quickly with just one delay for additional parts needed after pulling the bumper.Car looked great and in that I couldn’t be happier!

Lamettry’s did a fine job as usual. In fact they went above and beyond. Not only did is come in a little less than expected, but they washed the outside and vacuumed the interior as well. Andy was great to work with and their reception desk was exceptional. Lamettry’s will have my business anytime.

Luke and team go above and beyond. Hit a deer with my truck, they were able to find me a rental truck, replace bumper and perfect paint matching for my truck all within 10days. I wouldn’t bring my work or family vehicles anywhere else!
