A little over a month ago, I managed to clip the end of a concrete wall while leaving a parking spot (embarrassing, I know). It was noted pretty quickly it was more than just the plastic over fenders and side skirt, and that filing a claim would be the best route. I’ve never had to file a claim or work with vehicle repair before and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience surrounding it.
I had the pleasure of working with Sean and Troy. Both are easy to work with, great communication throughout the process, took the weight off of my shoulders by working with my insurance and kept me in the loop as much as possible. Upon pick up, the front desk staff were friendly, and engaging and made my start to finish experience a breeze.
While I hope to not have to have the pleasure of returning, in the event I do, I know I’ll be well taken care of with a great outcome. My car looks and feels brand new and I couldn’t be happier.

LaMettrys recently repaired some damage on my Prius. My experience with them was outstanding. They came to my senior residence to do the estimate, picked up the car and delivered it when it was fixed. All the staff I dealt with were courteous, very polite and knowledgeable. I was coping with an illness during this time and they were very accommodating of my needs. I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

I am very impressed with the experience I had at LaMettry’s. I mainly communicated with Andy and Luke to paint and install an after market fender flare on my 4Runner. They were extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I have had the truck back about three weeks. In every shade of light, the paint is a perfect match to the truck!

Hit a post, broke my divers side headlights and caved in my front bumper!
LaMettrys repaired the broken driver side headlights and front smashed bumper. Repaired and replaced hidden parts, that were bent or broken, behind bumper.
A-lined left fender, new front bumper and new left headlights, all back to original positions.
Painted front bumper and driver side fender to match existing color on the rest of vehicle.
LaMettry’s manager Erick Barrita, did a great job in handling everything, from dealing with the insurance company to keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicles repairs.
Received my repaired vehicle in a very timely matter, as promised, with a complete vehicle wash inside and out!
LOOKED GREAT, you would never know that the front was all messed up! Although I hope I will not need their services again, I would highly recommend LaMettrys and WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!!

I had body work done on my car this summer at the Maplewood location. Andy Quast was the manager I worked with. He did an outstanding job.
