I would not recommend this dealership to anyone to trade in or a buy a vehicle. They have employees who borderline harass you- continuous calls and text messages to trade in. I actually blocked one of them because he kept hounding me. He then texted and called from a different number! I decided to work with another employee who seemed really nice and helpful. I did a trade in and immediately felt regret. While speaking with the financial employee, I knew it was a bad deal, but I felt as if I could not back out. They had already taken the key to my old car and given me the new key. They did not even allow me to fully inspect the car. I asked and was told by the salesman it was raised in the air being inspected and it was “fine.” I noticed after signing everything that the car had paint chips and dents all over the bumper. When I brought it up the salesman told me to get a paint pen to which I said no and asked if there was anything they could do. He brought the manager out who told me to bring it back in 2 days for repair. There were also rim scratches which the manager said they could not do anything about. I was not happy with the purchase. I called the salesman 2 days after the purchase and asked if there was a return policy or any chance they could take the vehicle back. I also had unexpected hardship happen, so I can no longer afford the vehicle. They told me there was nothing they could do, MAYBE in the future I could do another trade in. No thanks. WALSER NISSAN actually has a 3-day return policy. They clearly care about the customer, can’t say the same for Kline. I am currently stressed, looking into the best options to get from underneath the loan. Overall, I feel as if I was swindled into getting a car that was not in the best condition but they were just desperate for a quick sell.

I am late writing this , I bought over the phone & internet this 1991 Camaro Rally Sport for my 16 y/o son Cole . We live in Ky , they sent detailed pics , videos & I bought , Kline Nissan shipped the car to our location , My son absolutely loves the car, great deal & Car , good dealership to buy from. Tony in sales helped us out & Aaron Bertsinger GM , made everything come together . Highly recommend

Service is always great here, but I’m very disappointed with this recent experience. I was charged $45 for labor to replace a cabin air filter and $35 for the filter itself. Replacing a cabin air filter takes less than 5 minutes, and parts can be found online for $15 or less for a cabin filter. What’s worse, I wasn’t allowed to decline the service because of my Kline Advantage Plan. This feels unreasonable and like a marketing scam.

Got a call from this dealers manager while I was on the way to a different Nissan dealer to look at a new 2024 Versa. I was going to get the base model s manual from the other dealer for 258 a month but when this manager called me he guaranteed me 3 separate times he would beat there price. This was after I explained to him how much I was putting down and that the other car wasn’t as expensive, he continued to guarantee me that he could get to 250 dollars a month with even a better model car. So I turned around and headed for his dealership because the “manger” said he could beat the price of the competition because he has final say (his words not mine). Left after 2 hours of looking at cars when he said the payment would be between 300-315 a month. He proceeded to tell me that the other dealer was doing a bait and switch and there is no way he could get me at that price. I walked out and ended up getting the model I was looking for at a different dealer for $260 a month. I can’t tell you enough not to go to this dealer. No honesty and clearly no knowledge of there own inventory when they are promising prices. I would like to add the salesmen I worked with was nothing short of great and couldn’t be happier with how he handled everything. Management is the issue!

I called Kline Nissan on Thursday the 28th of December to make an appointment to meet me a salesperson to look at Midsize suvs. I was directed to Pedro Cruz and he asked me what I was looking for in a car. I told him and we were to meet on Saturday. He called me this morning as I was on my way to see if I was still interested in coming and I said I’m on my way. He told me to take my time as the weather was bad. I met him and from start to finish he was professional as was Tim the financial manager. I purchased a 2017 Rogue Sport with the necessities I wanted. Tim had told me that he heard me talking about God and how I was so humble to be blessed! The whole staff was really great in making me, my sister, and brother comfortable until the very end. I will recommend anyone and everyone as I was to come to friendly Kline Nissan !!! Thank you all and God bless and a Happy New Year!!!!

I bought a used as is vehicle at Kline. In general I was completely satisfied. A few months later had small concerns . Adam the dealership manager was understanding and honest about what the dealership could do with an as is used car. He did an awesome of job of make sure I left the dealership feeling like valued customer. I would definitely consider this dealership for my next used or new car purchase. Nothing like great customer service.

So normally I have a hard time trusting auto shops and dealerships in general. I've been a mechanic since I was a child, however there's some repairs I'm just not equipped for. But I don't make this known when I do have to have a shop repair done. In the past I've been downright shocked by all the "extra" repairs that I've been told I needed to have done right away. But not Kline Nissan. I recently bought a vehicle from a different dealership and the vehicle ended up needing repairs. Due to warranty restrictions I had to take it to a dealership or risk voiding the warranty in the future. These folks were absolutely amazing. They were honest, sincere, and incredibly helpful. They have a service coordinator named Tristan who is a very genuine, humble, and kind man. He explained a lot of things to me, did a bunch of research to get parts that my car needed covered under warranty. Their technicians went above and beyond with their diagnosis of a non warranty issue that my car had and helped to point me in the right direction to help keep my costs down. Their speed in completing repairs was downright astounding. I'll definitely be going back to them whenever the need arises and I encourage anyone who needs help with a nissan, or looking for a car/truck to check these good folks out. I really do wish I could give a 6 star review because these good people deserve it. Thank you again Tristan, and all the great people at Kline!

Every member of the Kline Nissan staff that I've encountered has been friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would say that they definitely deserve a look if you want a good experience with purchasing a new vehicle.

I made an appointment with Aaron to look at some used vehicles and when I got there he had three vehicles ready for me . I looked at all three, drove to and picked out one. They were all within the same mileage and similar models as one I was looking at at a competitors. Aaron answered all my questions and the sales manager also came out to talk to me which made me satisfied with my decision. That's said when it came to paying for the vehicle I wanted to know the interest rate so I knew how much money I wanted to pay down to keep the payments within a specific amount. When I went into make the final arrangements the interest rate that I was quoted was higher than I had anticipated and I also had an extended warranty I had not intended to buy. The reason I went ahead with the sale is it was still only $100 more than the competitors vehicle with far fewer options. And yes the color helped me make my decision also. Everything is black, gray or white
