TL;DR we love this place, and recommend it to anyone!
We took our new puppy here during the pandemic and they did everything they could to make it a good experience with curbside service. All the techs LOVED our puppy and it was awesome to hear them gush about how good he was and how they can't wait to see him again. The vets that we talked to were all knowledgeable, professional, and always answered any questions we had about our puppy. They always let us know exactly what they are going to do that day. The price for all services was reasonable as well. Definitely going to make this our regular vet!
Edit: Fast forward 4 years and we still love it! Still the same great and friendly service, still the same atmosphere and love. Will continue to go here forever!

I have a very reactive dog and a very anxious dog. They accommodated me to have both seen together and were GREAT with my reactive dog and actually were able to draw blood for her tests!!! Dr. Melissa was patient but also knew when to get in quick and do what needed to be done before my dog could react. Thank you so much!!!

Took my Afghan hound to this location for the first time after being burned by Banfield for years! I wish I would have gone to Keller Lake from the beginning! They were so amazing! My dog, Cher, felt like a celebrity! They could not have been more caring and attentive. I HIGHLY recommend!

The last vet we had wanted to get you in and out as fast as possible. Everything was rushed and nobody seemed to care.
You were just another number to them.
Here, everyone is friendly and genuinely cares. Lyla got so much attention and lots of treats from the staff. She enjoyed being there and didn't want to leave. We're looking forward to bringing Charlotte next week!

My dogs have gone to Keller Lake Animal Hospital since they were puppies (they're now 5 & 6 years old). Some of the staff members know them by name. They make it very easy for the animals to feel comfortable, making the vet as pleasant a process as possible. They're great with routine visits and random appointments (e.g. if your pet gets sick or injured). I highly recommend KLAH.
Updating to say my dogs are now 13 & 14 and still love KLAH. ❤️

Thank you for your compassionate care in the loss of our very old dog. Finding time for us helped with her crossing of the rainbow bridge when it was time. Loss of a beloved pet is never easy but the support we felt there helped immensely.

I was seen with my dog Bella at Keller lake like about week ago I did leave review and Kimmo's extremely nasty to me and I guess letter from Angie saying that I'm not welcome there anymore because I was nasty to their employee and they don't support that which this is not true. Kim was nasty to me. I wouldn't even see them anyway, but this is getting out of control. This is not OK and this will be reported to BBB and everywhere else I could report because I'm not gonna stop. This is not OK. This communication against me is never welcome to me. They are only nasty because I didn't wanna pay for the appointment that I did not request. The doctor was not the one I wanted to see.

I have been bringing my pets to Keller Lake for 14 years now and I'm so glad we were referred by neighbors and friends. Everyone cares so much for all the pets that are seen there. My dog is very shy and nervous and they do their best to make her feel comfortable, whether it be with cheese or venison, and talking to and petting her. Whenever we go there, we feel like we're visiting family and it's always so fun talking with the employees. While it's true that sometimes they have to refer their regular patients to Urgent Care facilities, it's not because they don't "have time" or don't care about your dog....they can be inundated with other urgent situations and can only take so many in on a typical day. They feel you'll be better off at Blue Pearl, or other ER Vet because they'll get better care for their situation. If someone's dog has broken a bone or something else serious, it makes sense that a regular animal hospital doesn't have everything that may be needed to treat your pet. Anyway, I love it there and will continue to go there with all my future pets. Thank you Keller Lake staff!
