The location tells you one thing and dosen't answer phone then support tells you a whole different process so its like a big game running you in circles and when the appointment set for them to call to tell you about your taxes nope don't call and it feels like a big scam

We've been going to Dave Heim at this location for years, and the service is great. No trouble getting an appointment and it is fast and efficient once you get there. Would recommend to anyone looking for expert tax prep, from complex to simple forms.

Just got off the phone with this location. I was told that the owner of the place charges 100.00 dollars for an amendment. This is robbery!!! Most amendments only take 5-10mins to do. People work do hard for their money so that the owner of h and r block can live a good life. This is very sad.
