Hello my name is derrick i am a Veteran Advocate for a navy vet named William who is a disabled veteran with a brain injury. he visited the Holiday Station, 1535 BEAM AVE
MAPLEWOOD, MN, US, 55109, on 9/24/24 he was attempting to pay for gas with his Menard's card which holiday excepts but for reasons unknown the machine would not work William has memory issues some days he has problems with completing basic tasks because of a brain injury. William continued to swipe his card using the instructions from the cashier but the credit card would not work the manager was attempting to help before he got aggravated and became aggressive and began to scream at him. his behavior was so bad many customers in the store began to voice their complaints about him yelling at him. as William maintained a calm demeanor he asked the manager for corporates number or his supervisor but the manager refused saying it was illegal to give out those numbers. William stated the manager was so angry he was shaking and behaving erratic. Fearful he began to record the incident and captured the managers behavior as he verbally threatening him. At one point another cashier offered to assist him only for the manager to yell “I’m your boss he has to exit the store” as stated William has the incident recorded and will expect an apology because as a navy vet with a disability he didn’t deserve to be treated in such a way and I can’t help but believe he’s representing your company and his behavior is unacceptable.

Contactless pay (gpay/applepay) only works with credit card maybe, no debit cards-lame. Still dealing with the archaic mentality of the ancient times in the 21st century.

I stop into this store almost every week with a gas card from my school.. It never works here and they the manger goes to say nothing he can do theirs no balance on card but once I call the card its $50 on there. I go to the holiday up the street and it works there ! This store sucks

Not willing to brew coffee for 3 people that came in as we all do not like the grind coffee pots not good ! Water down ! Jennifer the acting leader was eating behind the register and did not want to be bothered by making a pot of coffee for your customers said we dont brew after 10 am we were there at noon we all thought that was ridiculous and will never return! RUDE POOR SERVICE!

I go to this Holiday since its close to my job but today went to buy lotto tickets gave the guy $20 for $7 purchase and he gave me $3 dollars back! Didnt realize until I was at work it was quick called them so hopefully these people are honest to give me my $10 back!

Was refused gas because she didn't want to take my 50 dollar bill. This is a joke. I was getting 50 dollars in gas and she wouldn't take my bill.

Stopped to put air in my tire and wash my windows. I couldn't find any air station.When I pulled up to an empty pump, I pulled out the squeegee and pulled out a stick. There wasn'ta sponge or squeegee on it. They're also want any washer fluid in the container. I went to two others and neither had washer fluid or squeegees.
