Next visit update: an item I needed was listed as in-stock, multiple quantity, but the hook where they should have been was empty. We asked the staff for help, but they checked the inventory also, but didn't know where the items might be. We happened to find the exact quantity the website said the location had in-stock on one of the end caps of an aisle with featured items. So I guess I got what I needed, and their web inventory for the locations works, but if the items aren't where you expect, you may have to look around, or ask for help.

The lady that is the manager is pretty grumpy, she got mad and said she couldn't open another register, then gave me the evil stink eye and stormed off... This is not how you treat your customers, and she did it in front of multiple customers and employees...

I was in looking for feeler gauges, 1/4 in drive allen wrench sets, blue locktite, and nickel antiseize for some upcoming projects. The allen wrench set was locked up even though it was fairly cheap compared to a drill bit set, the feeler guages I could not find and the store employees were of no help. The only thing I found was the small bottle of locktite on an end cap and a huge shop bottle of antiseize when all I need for personal use is maybe 1 fluid oz. I am again better off ordering everything on amazon.
