“I love grocery stores, especially quaint ones like this gem. It’s got character which is so nice. Also lower traffic which is less stimulating for folks who like a slower pace. I found a great price on meat items, and good quality produce. The cashier and deli counter employees were kind and helpful. I would like to suggest more promotions and items to draw you into the store. Carries super value brands and other special products that can be tough to find. I’m glad I stopped in and had a chance to try a few things. Great service and nice electronic receipt as well.”

“The quality of the store is fantastic. It's a very clean nice looking store. They have a large selection of basic groceries and also higher end gourmet selections. They have a very nice deli, bakery, and meat department. They also have a nice selection of whole foods products. Definitely good competition for Cub foods, Kowalski's, and other grocery stores such as Walmart. It is a little bit more expensive, but you definitely pay for the experience in quality of store and product.”

Straight in the door, PLENTY OF ROOM TO SHOP WITHOUT GETTING IN A TANGLE, helpful employees stocking shelves were kind and when asking them where to find an item, they make sure you get what you came for!!! The checkout went smoothly and the cashier was very congenial and I’m going back again tomorrow!!! I bought some special kind of freezies for my great granddaughter, a performance bar for my daughter who is walking and exercising everyday. She loved the 20 grams of protein in the bar, something for my great granddaughter’s daddy, ( my grandson… just spending a tiny amount for some really great choices put a smile on all their faces!!! Menards??? LOVE IT!!!!?”
“This was my first-time shopping at Hy-Vee. I've heard that they can be a bit pricey, but this time I decided to visit the floral section to pick up a flower for a friend who's sick in the hospital. I was on a tight budget and didn't know much about flowers, so I approached Lori Nelson, who was working on another order. Despite being busy, she stopped what she was doing and greeted me with a smile. Lori went above and beyond to help me find the perfect flower and offered some wonderful ideas. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness and outstanding customer service. Hy-Vee is fortunate to have someone like her on their team. Thanks to Lori, my shopping experience was meaningful, and I definitely plan on returning to purchase flowers from this location again. <3”
“I always do the drive thru. There’s never a line, they’re very professional, unlike Walgreens and CVS. They’re always incredibly helpful when I need to call and they fill scripts very quickly.”

“Hyvee is a nice place to go when you get tired of Cub Foods, Target, Walmart. It's a little breath of fresh air. Has a little of everything. From pet food, pharmacy, plants, bathroom essentials etc. They also have a good variety of fresh food places you can eat, from Asian to American food. It's a nice selection. They have a wine and spirits and gas station as well but they are not connected to the store but within the same area.”

I live very close to this store so I shop there weekly and almost every single time I'm there Ms. Hilda is either working or shopping herself. And she's ALWAYS HELPING BEYOND HER JOB DESCRIPTION!!! I'M ACTUALLY JUST LEAVING THE STORE NOW AND WHILE I WAS THERE THE SELF CHECKOUT LINES HAD BEEN BACKED UP AND SHE WAS NEXT TO ME AT THE REGISTER CHECKING OUT HERSELF ON WHAT MUST HAVE BEEN HER DAY OFF AND SHE TOOK THE TIME OUT OF HER DAY TO STOP WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND HELP EVERYONE THAT NEEDED ASSISTANCE IN THE SELF-CHECKOUT LINE BECAUSE APPARENTLY ANYONE WHO WAS ON THE CLOCK WAS TOO BUSY TO DO SO!! GIVE HER EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!! MVP WITH A FAT CHECK!! SHE DESERVES IT!! THANK YOU MS. HILDAAA!!!”
