I have worked with Gary's towing since their first days in business. For me they have towed everything, including regular passenger vehicles, big mud jeeps/trucks and a Monster School bus with challenging 48" tires. Once when they didn't have the necessary equipment, they immediately found somebody who did. Great people providing incredible and timely service at very competitive rates. I recommend them highly.

DAMAGE OF $5400 Gary's Towing was called to provide flat bed towing of a Mercedes Benz SL 500. Gary ignored the request for a flat bed tow and tows the Mercedes Benz SL 500 on a regular tow truck. The damage by Gary's Towing was $5400. Gary refuses to give his last name. Gary refuses any responsibility for the damage Gary is responsible for.

This real gem of businessman choose to park his truck blocking traffic in both directions for 20mins instead of parking his truck 30 feet further from the driveway of the car he was retrieving which he was able to drive without any issue from his customers drive way onto his truck. Clearly he exhibited zero consideration for anyone but himself and is simply too lazy to walk those extra 30 feet. So do you really want someone this lazy and only concerned with himself to be in possession of your vehicle for any reason?!?

Gary towed my vehicle late at night during a snow storm after I was in an accident. He picked up my vehicle and delivered it extremely fast! He was also extremely kind, understanding and helpful! I cannot say enough kind things about him and his service!Service: Car towing

Just absolute RUDE... I called to plan a tow. I told him this wasn't a rush project so you can take your time and plan this. He scheduled me for his 4th pick up. He drove up to my home an called saying " it best be in my front garage". It wasn't it was in my back garage ( packed down daily driven gravel road) around back. He said he wouldn't go back there its not worth getting stuck he isnt doing it. Just being so aggresive with me. I said i understood an the call ended cause i didnt want to keep being talked down to. I tried calling him back to tell him more info and maybe see if he would hear me out. He said " I already called the service shop I'm not doing this tow!" I asked if I could talk he said "NO".... What I wanted to inform him was the road was driven on daily and the area were the garage was was plowed. But nope he wouldn't even bother hearing me out. Don't use this service. I called Eastside towing and they are willing to work and coordinate this project with me.

Holy smokes great service! They picked up on the second ring and the guy on the other end was very helpful. (Just have your start and end destination ready) the truck showed up faster than expected and the tow truck was up to date! No chains had to be hooked up or didn't have to be loaded onto a flatbed with the chance of being damaged Wich I love! Great driver he loaded and unloaded the car with no problem. Even turned on the AC on the way home, I appreciate it. All around great experience! Would highly recommend this towing company

My car broke down in the middle of the night on 94 going back to WI. All tow services said 90-120 minutes and then bumped even later. The shop I wanted my car towed to (Mike’s Auto on White Bear Ave ((highly recommend) recommended Gary’s Towing and he was there within 40 minutes. The shop couldn’t fix my car (engine locked) so Gary’s towed my car back to the city I live in and everything should be covered under warranty. I will recommend to my MN friends. Thank you!!

I cannot recommend Gary's enough. Needed my car towed on Father's Day, in 90+ degree heat to boot. The driver came 25 min. quicker than what was expected. Plus he knew exactly where I needed my car towed too (even though it was 45 miles away). He was nice, professional and answered all my questions. Plus by the time I ran by the mechanics later that afternoon, my car was already there safe and sound. Gary's is the ONLY choice if you need a tow!!

I had a positive experience using Gary's towing. My alternator died while I was out shopping on a Sunday afternoon. My call was answered immediately and I had a tow truck on site quickly. The price was right and I was treated politely. Couldn't ask for much more. Thanks!!Service: Car towing

Very RUDE. I called and can hardly understand or hear what he was asking for but from what I thought I understand, I gave him my information and out of no where he yelled and said “aren’t you listening to my question?” And said he’s not available and hang up.. this was beyond rude. Don’t use this tow company!!!!
