I never leave reviews but I had to this time. My friend and I came here to get a daith and rook piercing. We were pierced by Liz. I have been to countless different piercing shops in the Twin Cities and NYC. This was the first shop where the piercer was very thorough on aftercare. I also appreciated that Liz was fast but informational with the piercing, as I have had some piercers that prolong the process. Liz was more than happy to answer any questions we had at any time and we both felt super comfortable the entire time. We will definitely be back for our next piercings! Thank you Liz!

Very professional environment and staff who take time to do and explain procedures well. My daughter's conch piercing was done efficiently but carefully, with expert placement. Friendly, welcoming. Made my daughter feel like she was in good hands. Will definitely return! Also, great piercing prices!

Amazing experience! Jaime is a total pro and listens to you. My daughter and her friend were treated with such kindness and respect. Jaime was so sweet to these kids as well as my other daughter who felt left out. When we ended up with a granuloma situation (not the piercer's fault!), Jaime had us come in to look at it and come up with a plan. She was very caring, patient and understanding. Highly recommend!

Great place! A little bit of a wait time but I didn’t have an appointment so that was to be expected. Everyone is very knowledgeable and the piercing went well! Jamie was quick, friendly, and helpful! Will be back for the next piercing!

I had Jaimie as my piercer for my naval piercing , she’s the sweetest women ever , super calm and sweet and talks to u through out the process , so if u are nervous or get anxiety I highly recommend to request her ??

Jamie is so unbelievably amazing. She is kind, knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients. My daughter said she wants a piercing soon too and she will only be seeing Jamie. I trust her completely to take care of me and anyone I love.

I worked with Liz and Cat today. They helped me downsize my jewelry, and they're very friendly and knowledgeable! I will be returning. The atmosphere is fantastic and has great art made by the owner.

I just got my nose piercings stretched out. I was nervous. But the woman named Jaime (sorry if it’s misspelled) really was gentle on me & walked me through it. I’m so happy I had her do my piercing! Definitely will go there again! I highly recommend to come this place!
