I’ve gone here twice now, once for a trim/ blowout and once for a highlight/blowout. My stylist was Valerie. I have had an insane amount of bad haircuts due to my curly hair so I was worried. She completely exceeded all expectations. She was so sweet and made me feel so welcome and so beautiful. Both services were incredible!! I strongly suggest Valerie she is wonderful.

This is the fantastic sams that cut a huge plug out of my hair and then put a braid in to hide it. Not a fan!

Kayla was great. Very friendly, professional and she had lots of knowledge and Ideas. Kayla will be my new go to for cut and color. No more spending $300 to get the look I want.

The atmosphere was friendly, however as far as service I wouldn’t recommend. The first time I went in, she didn’t wash the bleach all the way out of my hair and she didn’t condition it. I have curly hair so conditioner is a necessity . A different stylist helped to blow dry my hair and instead of taking me to the sink to rewash my hair, I watched her in the mirror as she looked unsure of what to do and tried to spray some water on it and wipe it with a wash cloth to cover up the unfinished wash. When I said something she looked caught off guard and admitted there was still bleach in my hair and still didn’t wash it out. Instead she had to ask what product to use in curly hair because she had no clue. I left and washed my chair at home. When I returned the following appointment to have the red color put in, she dyed it the wrong shade of red, didn’t wash all the dye our, rushed me out of the chair to cut someone else’s hair and still wanted to take a video of my hair. The color faded after the second wash and now I can’t get a brush through my hair without multiple detangling products and I’m losing hair every time I brush it. I won’t ever return here. Biggest waste of $200

I went with my mom and we both wanted haircuts. One person was working, no one else was in there and she couldn't do both of us. We left. Thanks so much for making my 88 year old mom with a walker get out of the car for nothing!

They won't cut your hair unless you have an appointment. I stopped by and there was nobody waiting and an open chair and they said they didn't have any available for 3 hours. There are plenty of other places to get your hair cut.

Your prices are to high, they used to be good where a lower income person could afford get a cut and color but now it's getting to high no wonder you don't have alot of people coming in or working, before you had more people working and you could just walk in and get a haircut

Jasmine (spelled incorrectly) did an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC JOB cutting my hair and waxing my eyebrows! She took time to listen to what I wanted.. I LOVE my new haircut!!! She is my new favorite stylist! ❤️❤️Service: Haircut

I was not happy. I booked appt I was 5 minutes late. Due to the system gave wrong address and number. I tried to explain this to the styles, they told sorry we gave you appointment to someone else.

The gal I had- jasmyne- completely butchered my hair. One side was longer than the other, she didn’t give me the asymmetrical bob I asked for. Never asked for a photo of what I wanted. Waxed my eyebrows too and made them uneven as well. I went back on Monday- Angela- the gal who fixed it was amazing.Service: Haircut

I was there in Feb of this year,and I was very disappointed how every thing turned out.i also left a review, well tilly you were suppose to call me back you never did,after Lina ruin my day with what she did to my hair cause I couldn't tell with the straight hair , as I have curly hair. I was depressed, and you also said I wasn't in the system, I was. Well I found a better place and found out my hair was crooked, you could see where she cut straight across,my back side was square, my bands weren't straight, I got over charged for hair cut,and like I said she did not listen to me,what I wanted and it's very rude when the manager doesn't bother calling back,which I called twice already.im going to the school salon Academy school,there a whole lot better,and I've heard from people that agree with me about your place just this one.
