Called the store this morning at about 10am to see if they could mount and balance these new wheels/rims I bought online recently onto a set of summer tires I already had(the tires were not attached to wheels/rims already) and install tpsm sensors and they got me in at 11:45am and I was out before it hit 12:30pm. Thanks to Joe and Mari for the help. I was nervous about the possibily of my new wheels beig scratched but they reassured me that everything will go smoothly and it did. Not a scratch on them. I appreciate their professionalism and spectacular customer service and will most definitely recommend to anyone and come back myself.
Edit- Had to visit this location because of a flat caused by valve stem.breaking. Danny got me in and out in no time. And no fee. I love this location and employees, they all deserve a raise.
Edit(6-24-24)-I recently visited Discount Tire and had the pleasure of being assisted by Everett. I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service he provided. From the moment I arrived, Everett was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the help I needed. He patiently answered all my questions, provided expert advice on tire options, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
Everett's professionalism and genuine concern for my satisfaction were evident from start to finish. He made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. I left Discount Tire not only with a new tire but also with the confidence that I had been assisted by someone who truly cares about their customers.

Came here twice for 2 different vehicles. Very accommodating if u want to just have tires put on the rim or on the vehicle. They work fast and didn't wait long either time. The 1st visit I did an appt thankfully cuz they were super busy and having anxiety is a nightmare having to wait and stand in line forever which I got to bypass. When we were walk in they helped us quickly and left while waiting and got the tires done quick. They have a wide range of prices available and even beat Walmart prices by $100 for 2 tires. The only thing I would like to see as a courtesy even would be to maybe check the air pressure quick in the tires not being replaced and filling them (especially in winter) and to remove and either put the custom valve stem covers in the vehicle or bring them to the customer. Both of mine were removed and never got them back so had to order another set. So anything custom, make sure u remove it. It's the little things that can make a big difference. I still return here and recommend them.

I ordered tires today, which is a Saturday. I set up an appointment to have them installed Monday morning. They called me an hour later around 4:15 pm and offered to stay open a little past closing to get them put on the same day. I drove up and got there 10 minutes before close and they had me out the door in 20 minutes. Great customer service as usual from discount tire. Thanks for saving me taking time off work to get the tires done.

The standout feature of Discount Tire for me is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Became a customer many years ago with a simple flat repair where they were just the nearest place to go, and was pleasantly surprised to be told it was free. Now I get all my tires replaced & serviced at Discount Tire

$6000 DAMAGE TO MY CORVETTE BY NOT USING THE LIFT POINTS.
Run around with their insurance company. They 'were not able to attribute your damage as having been caused by Discount tire'. The car has never been up on a jack except for this $1500 tire purchase!
Check the camera! Sorry, no cameras....

Each employee I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't catch his name but one staff member met me in the parking lot before I even made it to the front door. I don't think that's ever happened to me in my life. I hope management takes care of these guys because these are people you want on your staff. I've already told multiple people how great an experience I had here. I will definitely be returning to Discount Tire.

I didn't know you could drive around back and they check your tire pressure and air up your tires for free. That's a valuable offering!
