I was seen with my dog Bella at Keller lake like about week ago I did leave review and Kimmo's extremely nasty to me and I guess letter from Angie saying that I'm not welcome there anymore because I was nasty to their employee and they don't support that which this is not true. Kim was nasty to me. I wouldn't even see them anyway, but this is getting out of control. This is not OK and this will be reported to BBB and everywhere else I could report because I'm not gonna stop. This is not OK. This communication against me is never welcome to me. They are only nasty because I didn't wanna pay for the appointment that I did not request. The doctor was not the one I wanted to see.

I have been bringing my pets to Keller Lake for 14 years now and I'm so glad we were referred by neighbors and friends. Everyone cares so much for all the pets that are seen there. My dog is very shy and nervous and they do their best to make her feel comfortable, whether it be with cheese or venison, and talking to and petting her. Whenever we go there, we feel like we're visiting family and it's always so fun talking with the employees. While it's true that sometimes they have to refer their regular patients to Urgent Care facilities, it's not because they don't "have time" or don't care about your dog....they can be inundated with other urgent situations and can only take so many in on a typical day. They feel you'll be better off at Blue Pearl, or other ER Vet because they'll get better care for their situation. If someone's dog has broken a bone or something else serious, it makes sense that a regular animal hospital doesn't have everything that may be needed to treat your pet. Anyway, I love it there and will continue to go there with all my future pets. Thank you Keller Lake staff!

I had been going to Keller Lake for quite awhile and then relocated out of the area. I've been gone for 13 years and let me just say, I understand that they've grown a little but the core values seem to still be in place and some staff are still there. There was no better place I would bring my animals.

My family has been going here ever since I can remember for all of our dogs. The staff is super friendly and always know all the animals by name when they come in and are just as concerned about their care as their owners are. There is great service and they give plenty of treats!!

Absolutely love this clinic. All our girls have gone there. The clinic staff has known them from the beginning of being our fur kids, to the time we have had to say goodbye. All of our girls would love to go see the vet, it did not hurt that they have cheese there! The staff is gentle and caring. They really do take the time to listen to our concerns and get to know our dogs. We have one girl left now, and they always remember to help her, as she is so afraid of non carpeted floors. They are so patient with her and always have a blanket or a rug down for her to step onto. Thank you Keller Lake Animal Hospital!

It's been a couple years since my previous review. Since then we have adopted two new dogs. Keller Lake continues to impress with their expertise & care. I appreciate how they really take the time to get to know our pets. Every vet is at this practice is amazing & knowledgeable. The techs & other staff are friendly & helpful. I simply can't say enough about how great Keller Lake is.

We love De Woskin Melissa DVM. The staff is knowledgeable. They explain procedures in advance and make you feel at ease. Our puppy, Maverick, is loved by the staff.

Have loved Keller Lake Animal Hospital. I have had them for my last 3 dogs and they have been amazing, kind, listen to me.. The vets really want to work with you to keep animals healthy. Dr. Melissa was awesome. I name her because we just had to make a heartbreaking decision and she was there with us all the way through it. Thank you for providing such great animal care!

Keller Lake (my dog's primary care provider) lost my business today when my dog had an emergency and they wouldn't even carve out enough time to look at her. Instead they sent us 20 minutes away to an emergency clinic. They never even checked with us to see how she was doing (she broke her pelvis in 3 places). We switched the same day to Rice Pet Clinic.

Keller Lake use to be an amazing place for my pup. Up until this week when I was told they would contact the pharmacy for my dogs medication as soon as a doctor got back in the following day. And I would be contacted if the doctor had any questions. Well I went to get the prescription two days later and the vet some how forgot to send it in? This drug is really addicting and if she misses a dosage or get it's too late she will have seizures and withdrawals. My issue is her health clearly wasn't a priority. I get you can forget or make a mistake but not contacting me when I brought it to your attention is where I draw the line. I had to use other resources so she wouldn't be with out her medication longer than one dose. They never contacted me until an hour before they close Saturday to which I just sent to voicemail. If you don't care about my dogs suffering, I don't have any time for you. I called a few days in advance to her medication running out and some how you all didn't follow up knowing how much she needs it. Absolutely absurd. Never again will I trust you with my dogs life.

Everyone at Keller Lake is great! They remember my pup and accommodate her easily as she has some anxiety. I would recommend keller Lake to anyone who has a pet!

I brought in my dog because he wasn't eating and his heart was racing. Having been through this with a dog of the same breed before I knew he probably had DCM. After a long, stressful wait in the lobby, the vet examined him. He checked out his knees (he was having issues there too but I mentioned I didn't think that was his biggest problem), then thought he should probably listen to his heart. Racing, as I had told him. He had another vet check him. Same thing. As a vet, I know they see this problem in the breed. He suggested going to a cardiologist. I had experienced this before so I asked that he give him something to make him comfortable. Previous dog went through the same thing only to die within a couple weeks. All he could do was offer meds for his sore knees and refer me to a cardiologist or go to an evet. I brought my dog home to die without anything to relieve his discomfort. I came home to him collapsed on the floor and he died as I was trying to get him into my car. Do not bring an animal to this vet if they have anything wrong. They won't treat him. They'll do nothing.

Recently moved from Indiana and had an emergency with our dog. He is highly allergic to bee stings. They fit us in within 30 minutes. They won points for this. The doctor, Dr. Lillie, took the time to get to know my dog that hates the vet. He was amazing and really worked to gain his trust. We have found a new animal hospital.

I bring my current fur baby here after having a bad experience elsewhere with my first pup who suffered from dememtia in his senior years. They were able to diagnose and treat him to live several more qualitative years, while mindng overall costs and alternatives. The veterinarians and staff are sooooo sweet and nice and really do love their jobs and animals.
