Yes one of the staff and one of the Nurse are rude and disrespectful. They would ignore you when your calling for help 2 to 3 times before you can get any help from them. This facility if you love your love ones don't bring them there. Awful place to take a love one there.If I could I would give this place a Zero!! They don't care about the patients.

The staff are so rude at this location! I've never seen a client clients staff treated so poorly very up tight very unfortunate we have to continue coming here and dealing with these nurse's
