Poor customer service. So many times they are out of my medicines! Switched to Walgreens and dropped off my script for pain medication. They told me they'd have it ready in 10-15 minutes for me!! Wonderful!!

Got to this location at 5:20. The minute clinic hours are posted as 9 AM to 5:30 PM. The lady told me they were closed even though her door was open. I asked her the hours and she told me hours for tomorrow and Monday. I asked her about tonight (Saturday) and she floundered for a few seconds and said they stop seeing patients at 5 PM. There were no other patients in the office or near the clinic. She was probably not busy and wanted to leave early. Will not be going back to this location or CVS in the future. First time at CVS and last time.

They are never in stock on prescriptions - even on automated refills. The staff are inexperienced with lack luster customer service. The pharmacy in general is not clean and seems disorganized. No matter what time you go to pick up prescriptions, there is a line of 6+ people, so it’s a very busy location.

The pharmacy is so understaffed it’s ridiculous. I call 10 times a day and on hold for 20 minutes or more and no one answers. This is unacceptable. CVS needs to get it together. BOO!!!

Was told my prescription was ready after 5:00pm. I came to pick it up well after 5 and it wasn’t ready. Was told to sit down and wait. After waiting for 20 minutes I finally had to ask if it was ready. I was told to go to the back of the line again to checkout . The person who waited on me was rude and obviously didn’t care when I got my prescription. Terrible customer service. It probably doesn’t matter to these people but you lost a long time customer.

The cashiers were extremely friendly! A truly pleasant interaction! I hope the area and/or company doesn't stomp that out of them or they move on to bigger and better things before it does.

Stopped in an hour before close and they said they wouldn't fill the prescription because they were too busy. You can bring a prescription in anywhere else and they will get it done in 20 min. Start hiring more people CVS and quit hiring people that don't want to help others.

Kudos to the pharmacy!!! We had scheduled Flu vaccines and Covid boosters for 12. We arrived and hour early and the accommodated us! Very professional and personable! Thank you!

This is definitely one of the nicer drug stores in town. Not bad. No public restroom, though. Which is part of why I stopped in. So that was annoying. But otherwise just a normal CVS. I'd say it's a little bit cleaner than others, actually.

Nice place to shop. I enjoyed my shopping trip at CVS. The cashiers were nice and helpful. Additionally, I earned $4.00 in CVS bucks just for shopping twice at this CVS store.I shop at many CVS stores, most CVS stores have lots of nice sales.
