The selection of products is satisfying here. They rarely run out of my preferred items. I mostly want to talk about Sterling, a staff member that works in the deli who has who has impacted my life by being such a kind and wonderful person.. His social skills are so exceptional that he has actually brightened some hard days for me. And he's brilliant at his job! ❤? I think this also speaks to the excellent management that I've also noticed.All together a FANTASTIC Cub foods location -- stocked with my favorite things, and service from some really great people. well done.

Irritated with this place today. My mom was going to the bathroom (she spends hours shopping here and is there basically everyday. A worker took her cart while in bathroom and after she noticed a man argued with her saying she was in there for 20 min. She wasn’t and even if she was so what. She’s older and moves slower. And obviously parked right outside the bathroom. I get it so I have to be put back, but the fact that they wanted to argue with her about how long she was in the bathroom is what irritated me the most especially considering how much money we spent your weekly!

They are no longer 24 hours, but to say you close at midnight but not let you in to grab a couple things at 11:40?! No other store does that!

bought a turkey sandwich and even double checked the ingredients for pork, since im allergic. i take a bite and theres clearly a different kind of meat in there that's not listed on the ingredients. first the bathrooms always being dirty and now this?

Lately when I've been coming up to the customer service counter to buy my lottery tickets I'm 49 years and I buy lottery tickets out there all the time and now carded and never was before only one guy does card people no other person does

On July 15th 2023, at approximately 10:42pm. I had just walked up to the self check out to ring up some stuff for the following day for my son and I for Father's Day weekend. I spent about an hour going around the whole store picking up items.They have sale prices all over the store and they have cub rewards sale prices that look identical. I was also being very carful because I didn't have my card on me to get the cub points. Making it very confusing and frustrating for customers.(in which just being in line I had heard multiple people ask about sale prices and most people just didn't want to deal with the conflict of going through all the troubles. I didn't know price gouging and not honoring your sale price was legal.I had asked for help to use my cub rewards (that I had someone send me a photo of) after a lie was told to a security guy named Chris. Then the escalation, aggressiveness, irresponsible, power trip, began. Completely unprofessional to get in the face of a customer asking question. Said I was yelling when I was just asking question. Obviously, Night Shift staff should not be operating at those hours.I first had to flag down the check out lady that was in deep conversation with the security lady about none work related stuff. Then I had to ask nicely if she could come over, and I wasn't heard. So I had to raise my voice and say excuse me miss... And she got mad that I had to ask her for help. After about the prices and cub rewards and then told me I was stealing because I was trying to get Sale price. She then became frustrated and upset and didn't care. So I just asked her if she had manager. She never told me she was getting one she just walked away. (Night shift people) She then lied to the manager or security guy named Chris, saying I was yelling and telling him a false story. Chris then became, aggressive and agitated towards me trying to show dominance and escalating the situation where it could've gotten out of control very easily. He then proceeded to tell me to get out of the store and wouldn't even let me talk just becoming belligerent with speech and was about to put his hands on me. Luckily I was already turning to leave after such the situation because of how I was being treated.This guy is out of control and the two women who lied about to occasion and they were chatting not paying attention. The manager or severity guy name Chris wouldn't let me explain about my cub card and just became combative on his power trip. This guy Chris will end up in a law suit, insurance claim or possible jail/prison Because if he would have put his hands on me I would have acted in self defense knowing you can't touch or push people. You can tell them to leave but you can't force them... I wasn't stealing I was simply asking for a discount in which I had the cub card.....What a terrible store, terrible prices, doesn't honor their sales prices, doesnt honor the cub rewards , doesn't listen to the customer, complete hostile inviorment, and luckily I was in a good mood that day.They over date their foods so when you buy it's moldy or gone bad. Never in my life have I ever been kicked out of anywhere, not even a bar. The three out of the four people who were working that night should be relieved and jobless.

I'm new to food shopping. I found the staff helpful and friendly. I also found that sometime it's the time of day I go that I have to wait to get through the line. If the person behind me has only a few items I let them go a head of me Try it you'll feel good about it.

Bathrooms are locked between 11pm until 7am . The Cub foods I grew up going too for 42 years and I walked right out after trying to use the bathroom.Cub food's if you have employees, then they should be cleaning the bathrooms when need be it's not hard to clean specially at night. You seem to let one bad apple or two determine how you operate the night shift . My local Cub can do better than this . The Cub food's flowers here are the very best and the woman that is in charge of the flower department gets 5 Gold Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thank you for your wonderful support to so many people and that look forward buying your beautiful flowers .

Cub used to be known for its warehouse pricing but now it thinks it's high end and it's not. Very disappointed and won't shop there again.

I haven’t shopped here in a few years since I’ve moved. I visited this Cubs early this morning and bought apples along with other items like fresh deli. I was racially profiled by the old white man working at the self checkout! As the only POC customer in the morning, he had his eyes on me since I started scanning my stuff, even looked back at me directly when I asked my sister to grab the complimentary mayonnaise and mustard just to make sure I wasnt stealing items. I scanned the apples last and I thought the apples were sold by unit, not pound. The old white man who was over my shoulder— not even a second later said to me “we need to review that”. I was going to ask for help but didn’t have the opportunity to because he already made assumptions of me. He didn’t give me the chance to ask for help neither did he made himself CLEAR after what he meant by “review”. I was thoroughly confused what he meant by “review” because he did not clarify himself. He proceeded to weigh the apples himself and deleted the old price. Whether he was trying to “review” my transaction also to make sure I wasn’t stealing other items or not, he provided unacceptable customer service and with passive aggressiveness that I DO not tolerate. No other words were exchanged from him except I told him that I THOUGHT it was sold by units and was going to ask for help. Not even a thank you, or have a good day from this man. I am truly unhappy with this experience and nonetheless I will not be returning.Please have your team correct their ethics and behavior before putting customers at check solely on assumptions and racial profiling! I have not experienced this type of harassment from my home Cubs in Oakdale. Be aware if you come here. I expected better service especially in this location because the community is more diverse than the other locations. Truly unacceptable.

01/13/23- Non-filtered drinking water. Heavily chlorinated and Metallic taste. I suggest everyone to taste it and find out. Someone can get severely sick. Refilled 15 gal. and had to pour it all away. Staffs cheaping on filtration system or just lazy.

It's generally about 50 people waiting on three cashier's... If you're lucky. This is average all the time. That being said they haven't done anything to make me mad lately, I still buy the bulk of my groceries here.
