Went in with an appointment for a new set of tires. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours, which was the time estimate they gave me when I arrived. I also chose an appointment on a Tuesday morning, knowing that weekends at Costco tend to be crazy in general, which may be why my service was better than some of the other reviews.

I was in and out in under an hour with an appointment. Everyone I talked to was helpful and nice. I booked before reading reviews then got nervous when I saw them but my service was fine. Your mileage may vary.

Brought my car in for a tire repair due to a small puncture. They said it’d be about an hour and a half since there was only one tire repair ahead of me. 3 hours later there were 3 people ahead of me and they said my car would be ready near the end of the day. I get that it’s busy but please give accurate time estimates. Also why does it take 3+ minutes to check out a tire purchase. Super huge time suck that corporate should try to find a solution for.

Trust the reviews. Don’t go here. Go somewhere else.I went in and got new tires for my car. While I got my tires change, they called me that I needed new sensors because two of them were supposedly dead. I refused the service. Strangely though, my tpms were absolutely fine before they changed my tires. After they had changed my tires, my tpms were blinking and wasn’t reading the pressures of the tires because they were so called dead. I complained and they brought out the guy that worked on my car. He came out was super arrogant and was like “I told you!” And smirked at me. He told me they can go in and fix it for an extra $30 for 2 new tpms and he wanted to replace all four of them for a total of $60. I decided it wasn’t worth it and took it to my local Discount Tires and they told me my tpms were turned off. They turned it back on and recalibrated them for me at no cost. Costco Auto Tire workers are scammers and liars. You would think as an avid shopper at Costco, you’d get the best service from Costco Auto. I would avoid doing service here. For those looking to buy tires, buy them and go get them change elsewhere from someone you trust.

Awful service team. When I got there they promised me waiting time no more then 1 1/2 hour and after 2 1/2 hours they hadn't even touched my car.I went back to the service counter and canceled my purchase and exchanged of 4 new tires. They didn’t even apologize for my terrible experience on their place.Terrible experience on this Maplewood Costco tire center.

Took an hour and a half to change 1 tire under road hazard warranty with an appointment. Never called when work was completed, I had to go up to the counter and ask. I also had to remind them to refund the cost of the tire that was covered under warranty. The service quality seems ok, but plan to spend hours here for any service.

They do a good job but they have almost no one at the sales desk which leads to insanely long lines

Pay the additional money to go elsewhere. Terrible service and inability to get follow up appointments for issues. No point in getting the best tires and a warranty when it can’t be honored due to service levels. My biggest regret was going here instead of my local tire place.

We love Costco! The only downside is I always walk in intending to buy a few things but end up leaving with a full cart. The store can get pretty busy so I try and shop later in the evening which is a much more relaxing experience where I feel like I can actually take my time and look at things.

Short staffed, even on the weekend. We made a game plan, picked some tires, I left and waited 24 hours. Gave them a call because I haven't heard from them. Turns out I have to order tires online or pay at the shop??? They put my spare tire on, which has barely any air, and shoved my tools in my backseat so I couldn't access my daughter's carseat. Luckily, I had a family member who had a carseat with them in their car.Well, while I'm waiting to get my keys, my toddler was getting impatient. Only one guy up front at the tire center with a customer who had an issue that was taking a long time. I eventually had to ask someone at the service desk to get someone else up at the tire center (a real MVP). Took not even a minute for me to grab my key, and the line was getting long. When I worked retail, I never had my lines get that long before asking for help. Unfortunately, as a customer, I had to take on the responsibility of the employees. And before this, costco sold me tires that treads are only going to last me a year. What a joke. I don't even drive that much. 12,000 miles, and I'm already at half? They really need to work on customer service, and from what I've been hearing, they aren't properly scheduling their tire guys, so the company can save more money. They can afford to put more guys out there. Do it.

Had my appointment booked weeks in advance. Ended up waiting 1.75 hours for new tires. Setup is dreadful, one guy selling tires, checking in for appointments and answering the phone. Went and did a grocery shop while waiting and frozen goods ended up thawing out it took so long. What’s the point in having appointments if the wait is going to be that long.

As others have said, this store is crowded even on a weekday. Entering through the parking lot I see people leaving with their basket filled with cases stacked of water and other items. Where do people store all the stuff? The store is mostly grocery items but I have only two problems, even though I have to adjust my mindset that this is not like any other store. Organization: There is a dairy section, but only a few dairy items. There is more dairy products in other parts of the store with no signage. Same as the large meat section, there are other parts of the store when next to the clothes table, there is a cooler with more meat.Selection: There is no lactose free milk, if you want yogurt or cottage cheese, there is one blend only of each. No Mozzarella except for a mushy bag of soft round globes of smearing cheese, not sure what that is.I'll just casually mention the patrons all seem to be in a rush harking back to barely stocked stores during the early pandemic days when there was a panic rush to clear the shelves of creme of asparagus soup.

I have been in this store three times and every time I go there I end up waiting 3-4 hours for the service to be completed. It does not matter if you have an appointment, they will make you wait for hours for one tire repair.

Professional and courteous on what was obviously a very busy day. D was working up front and was doing a great job with an incredible number of customers waiting in line. Todd did a great job on getting the correct parts and installation done. This location has always done a great job for me and my family.
