I stopped in this location to pick up a walker for my mom who is 87 by the way, This process was going back and forth since July so i decided to go in person to see what the issue was and we got it figured out which was great. But all that just to receive a walker with the wheels on wrong, one wheel was wobbly and the other was crooked I returned the walker in less than 30 minutes to be told I can take it to be serviced since they didn’t have a service worker at the location. I then stated can you just order her a new one because I just paid $175 it shouldn’t be anything wrong with it. But NO since I rolled it to the car the wheels hit the concrete so it couldn’t be returned. What type of policy is that when the receipt says you have 15 days to return an item in the box it can in, only thing with that is it was never in the box. So yes I’m pissed she deserves a brand new walker nothing off the showroom floor or maybe you guys need to just leave them in the boxes they come in. Because it’s no telling how many people touched or tried it out before purchasing it. And then you can’t find a cooperate number anywhere.

I recently started using a CPAP machine, after my first week they called to check on how it was going. I said I was struggling with the mask, we discussed options, and the girl made a recommendation for one that might better suit me. She also said that within the first 30 days I was entitled to one FREE mask exchange. I made arrangements to exchange the mask and went in to pick it up all within 2 weeks of my original purchase. When I got there the older lady in the back told me that the new mask, I was getting did NOT in fact qualify for a free mask exchange and billed full price for it. She continued arguing with me that she had seniority and that is never how it has been and didn't know who would tell me that. FALSE AND COSTLY PROMISES!

Update 17Sep: I did stop by for a wonder a few weeks ago and sadly found a very rude woman working; she is obviously miserable. Hey y’all, we are in charge of our own happiness so make it happen for yourself. In the meantime please stay out of customer service roles it’s not our fault. Even after this experience my rating of 5 stars will remain due to the products, services, and staff I meant on that first visit.
I called to ensure they had what I needed in stock. There is a phone menu but very shortly after choosing the correct menu number the phone was answered by a real person at their Maplewood location. After it was confirmed they had what I needed I went directly and was immediately helped. They don’t do ApplePay but neither do I. This was my first time here but will be returning as needed.

Just spoke with the cpap line a few minutes ago ~ they couldn't tell me if they'd bill my insurance for the supplies, couldn't tell me if i ordered them if I paid, when I asked their name they hung up on me.

Sure would be nice I could talk to the store I'm calling to instead of going through some phone system and me on hold from anywhere to 8 to 15 minutes and still get nowhere. When I call a store's phone number I expect to get that store

I met with Anita at the Maplewood Corner Home Medical yesterday to get fitted for a new CPAP mask and get new supplies. I had a wonderful experience working with her. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that I got the best fitting mask. I will definitely see her again when it's time for my new supplies.

While I had hoped to keep this short....Short version: find another location, the service here is lackingLong version: Last summer I purchased a new CPAP mask and nose cushion. They work well, but excessive air blows out the CO2 release holes. The amount of leakage on MyAir is often 10-15 Liters/hr. It makes a whooshing sound that disturbs my wife's sleep. I thought I would ask about it at the Maplewood office. Since I work 8-5 daily, finding a time to stop in has been very difficult.I started with person at the reception desk. She looked up my account, asked me if I still had Health Partners, and told me my prescription was out of date. No worries, I was there for information. She informed me HP would not cover any costs. No worries, I had paid for the mask and cushion myself and didn't mind. I described the issue with excessive leakage and noise. She had no answers and passed me to the technician.I described the situation to the tech, about air escaping the vent holes and making too much noise. She told me the holes were for CO2 escape. I understand, but the air is leaking when I am not breathing. She informed me that leakage occurs when the cushion seal is poor or when my head is resting sideways on the pillow. I tried to convince her I understand what leakage is, but the leakage was coming out of the holes in the mask. She reinformed me that the holes are for CO2 escape and that it would be dangerous if there was no way for CO2 to escape. Okay...we can agree to that. But the mask seems to be leaking out the holes. Again, she told me that leakage happens when the cushion is not fitting properly. And asked me how old the cushion is. Well, it's 9 months old, but I am telling her the leakage is coming through the air escape holes. And for the last time, she told me those holes are for CO2 release. And round and round we went. The technician suggested I try a new cushion. I asked how much a cushion would be and if they had them in stock. They did, and it was brought to the desk. The technician returned to her office, without another word. After paying for the cushion, I asked the clerk if my questions or description were unreasonable. To this, without turning and looking at me, she said "She answered your question". And went about her business. The whole encounter gave me great appreciation of the toils the elderly must go through at this office. I left feeling like an incompetent, feeble elderly man. The service I received was dreadful. And reading some of the other reviews, this location is lacking in compassion with and empathy for its customers. I will NEVER be returning to the Maplewood office because of the service I received. To the person who replies to these reviews - don't waste your time on me. Spend it talking with the staff about treating customers with dignity and compassion.

My dad was on hospice care and received equipment from corner home medical in Saint Paul. He was supposed to have his hospital bed and other equipment set up before he got home, but the delivery people never attempted a delivery. The hospice nurse called to schedule an urgent delivery the day my dad was discharged because his equipment and bed were not there. They claimed they attempted delivery that night, but they never did. We got no call from the buzzer or on any one of our phones. We waited hours for them that evening, and I even waited downstairs so I wouldn’t miss them. Around eight at night I called to see where they were and the man claimed that a delivery was already attempted, but they missed us. How was a delivery already attempted when nobody called to get buzzed up for access to the building? I am pretty sure that’s what happened when the first delivery was “attempted”. I asked the man to have a manager called me so that I can share my concerns, but no one has called me and it’s been almost a month. Clearly they don’t care about the patients they are servicing because the manager didn’t want to hear my concerns. I’m pretty sure nothing was going to be done. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially not hospice patients who are trying to live out there last time here on earth comfortably.

This place is difficult to get ahold of, not good at retuning calls. I have a disabled uncle who needs a walker for his mobility and the prescription just sat there for 2 months. No one has reached out to me to assist them in getting a clinical note that was needed on top of Dr prescription. The clinic does not understands what more they need and were trying to reach out to them. The clinic could not even get ahold of anyone. Now my uncle is just without until someone decided that want to call us back. Also the people that I did talk to (customer service) have NO customer services skills. I am on hold again as I type this.

Terrible service and horrible return policy . Bath tub stool did not work in my tub. I took it back immediately and was refused a refund. Buyers beware! It is a place you can be scammed as I was.
