“Our church, the Presentation of Blessed Virgin Mary, brings food to Salvation Army's food shelf weekly. I do the third week. God bless this charitable organization for feeding the poor. I believe that they received food from many sources with shelves for clients to pick various food items.I know they help the poor both spiritually and materially. What a beautiful organization!! Someone can write a better post than this but this my experience.”

“They are always happy to take coats, socks, especially warm ones in fall/winter, sweaters, sweatshirts, flannel shirts, boots, shoes, etc. When you find you don't wear something, don't toss it, donate!”

“Took my grandsons there to volunteer to pack meals for less fortunate kids in other countries. A great experience. Net caps worn by all. Opportunities to give but no pressure. Gift shop that supports their work.”

“Attended "I Am My Own Wife" on Sat nite. I walked out of there thinking " this is why I go to the theater", "this is why theater is so important".The play was excellent, informative, provocative. The actor was amazing--playing many roles, variety of accents, individualizing each role so audience wouldn't be confused. I love the intimacy of the black box theatre.Thank you for an absolute wonderful evening of theatre!”

“Just very good help with good and fresh products once a month. Here no one will ask you what your situation is and there is no need to prove that you need a food basket. You need to make an appointment in advance”

“Had stopped in the parking lot to go to the old family dollar only to realize it's non exsistance. But I said oh boy hunny to my bf! "A thrift store" all with him rolling his eyes. Signe out side said "classy not pricey!" I was sold then and there. Loved the people friendly and helpfull, pricing is a tad weird and confusing but sinage around. they participate on deals for certain enrollments. I was like wow what a great place. It was ment to be as an avid thrifter. And at the end of my purchase he greated me"welcome home". 10 stars:)”

“The Mexican consulate is in the same place as cluesThere are many people who want to complete procedures at the consulate but it is very small and cannot handle even half of what arrives. If they do their job but lack space and personnel to help them.”

“Took my niece, her husband and their 6 month old baby for open swim in the kiddie pool. They loved it and I was so enthralled by the place I bought a membership. Most things are open during regular operating hours, but the baby pool has a lifeguard so it's hours are more limited - especially during the school year, since most of the lifeguards are students. Oh, and the lap pool is used by the high school swim team for a few afternoon hours on weekdays during the school year.”

“When I was younger, about 24 years ago, I used to go to this church to eat dinner. My family was not well off and this helped us a lot. My mom had 5 children at the time(6 now). But I will never forget how grateful we were for this church. I will also never forget about this elderly man who taught me how to whistle through my hands by cupping my hands together. Thank you for being there for my family. I am forever grateful! ♥️♥️”

“I was there for a concert. The church was great!! Pews were well- marked with tape. This allowed us to self- separate for spacing. There were many people, and still enough seating. Concert was Border CrosSing, Classical Latin American music!! Everyone wore masks-- Yay!!”

“It has all the basics (plus more) and the gym is kept very clean. My main complaints are the Saturday & Sunday hours are limited (not best for us later risers) and some of the equipment is becoming a bit dated.... I also wish there were more classes, but for the price I think it's a good value. You may be able to get a discount through your health insurance as well, since they are connected with the main programs out there.”

“In my experience, WomenVenture goes above and beyond in supporting women-owned businesses. I’ve found lots of insights and resources through them as I’ve grown my mural painting business. Not only do they provide training, they also foster a rich community that brings women business owners together. Classes, conferences, seriously, they do it all. And everyone on their team is so flippin’ nice!”

“The renovations are incredible and the facility is bright and clean. But the staff? Oh the staff is incredible. Jessica R took such good care of me when a group or friends went with me to donate for my birthday. And we laughed and will certainly be back again!”

“Headquarters to Minnesota DFL. Provides adult information, services, and fundraising for Minnesota DFL candidates. I really like the Paul Welstone quote that is inscribed on the wall of the waiting area. "Politics is about the improvement of people's lives. It's about advancing the cause of peace and justice in our country and the world. Politics is about doing well for the people."”
