This bank has the worst technology of any bank I’ve ever used. It feels like I’m stuck in 1995. Their online banking features are completely useless. I get constantly locked out of my account and I have to wait until their extremely limited business hours to call somebody to get access again. Why can’t they use 2 factor authentication like everybody else?

I bought a car from Maplewood Nissan. My loan is thru this bank. The dealership sold me a bunk extended warranty that was for 6 yrs (loan length) but, unknown to me, started a full year prior to me buying the car. 5 years and one month later the transmission failed and, of course, it wasn't covered because the warranty ended one month prior. I told the bank the situation and their response was "that doesn't mean you don't have to pay your loan back". Duh. Thanks. I decided to surrender the vehicle. The tow company they work with was coming to get it when one of the loan officers called to ask for the mileage. It was 100% dead and buried in snow at a storage unit and I was out of state at the time. I told her I couldn't get the mileage but then a week later the car was gone so I assumed they picked it up anyway. I've been waiting for my final amount due so I can finally be done with this POS car. This bank is terrible at communicating so I called yesterday to find out what's going on bc I've heard nothing back. They claim they never picked it up and this whole time the loan has been collecting interest and late fees. It seems a little far fetched that their tow guy was on his way but they didn't pick it up and someone else stole a broke down, buried car. I've reported it stolen and am praying the VIN pops up somewhere that proves You Are Liars. Don't bother with your generic reply about wanting to hear more from me about my concerns. God willing this will be between you and the police.

Absolute nightmare. The loan officer (Shelly) is not informed of bank to bank payments, resulting in a 2 month delay, causing us to pay 2 additional loan payments. Would definitely not recommend for any type of loan.

I travel for work. For years (literally) I have complained about not being able to log into my account from some countries when I'm abroad (countries in South America for instance). I get rude responses from the IT department with solutions that do not work, such as use VPN (note: I always use my companies VPN when attempting to log in). Unless I use a free VPN via sketchy website service to make it look like my IP address is in the United States, which might i add is NOT a secure option, then this does not work. By the way hackers or whatever they are trying to prevent could also do that.... Extremely frustrating. CCCU has many preventative steps in place already that will lock an account and notify you of a bad login attempt. Blacklisting IP addresses from other countries is ridiculous and not done with any other financial accounts that I have.

I have been a happy member for decades. Recently, there was a mix up with a transaction I had. The staff at this location was prompt and thorough in resolution. This is the type of institution and team that truly care. I highly recommend CCCU and this location. THANK YOU!

i never write reviews but this place is just awful. so many unauthorized transactions kept happening on my account. they keep wanting more money to get the account caught up, and then it just gets overdrawn again. no other bank has caused me so many problems.

Atm does not work and will keep your card and they WILL NOT put a out of order on the ATM. so unless you are ok with them keeping your debit/credit card don't go here. No help whatsoever with anything just passing the blame along. Horrible bank!!!!! Don't go near this or anything they are part of

I came into the credit Union to get information on opening a Checking in the savings account. I asked about the requirements and the banker asked for my Driver's license I gave up my driver's license I asked him will it be a hard credit pull I was told it would not be. Within seconds I received notification that I received a hard credit pool and that the banker told me that he couldn't open the account I didn't agree that I wanted an account opened and now this is affecting my credit score. When I spoke to the manager about the situation he said it's just a small thing that be on my credit it's nothing.

They offer signature guarantee service, they insure deposits up to a half million dollars instead of the usual quarter million, and their customer service is absolutely outstanding.
