“A little over a month ago, I managed to clip the end of a concrete wall while leaving a parking spot (embarrassing, I know). It was noted pretty quickly it was more than just the plastic over fenders and side skirt, and that filing a claim would be the best route. I’ve never had to file a claim or work with vehicle repair before and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience surrounding it.
I had the pleasure of working with Sean and Troy. Both are easy to work with, great communication throughout the process, took the weight off of my shoulders by working with my insurance and kept me in the loop as much as possible. Upon pick up, the front desk staff were friendly, and engaging and made my start to finish experience a breeze.
While I hope to not have to have the pleasure of returning, in the event I do, I know I’ll be well taken care of with a great outcome. My car looks and feels brand new and I couldn’t be happier.”

“I have used Auto Glass express many times as my luck with glass seems to be not great. These guys are great. They handle everything from dealing with insurance to getting the correct OEM glass for the car. Insurance these days tries to force you to use their "prefered" installer but that just means they cut corners and use aftermarket glass. Auto glass express will fight to get you the correct glass for your car and in case you are not aware in MN its 100% illegal for your insurance to direct your or punish you in some way for not using a prefered installer. These guys are always my first call. Before I even call the insurance. Really helps avoid the whole insurance pushy thing when they get the first claim call from the company you have already chosen. 100% love Auto Glass Express.”

“Within the past 2 years I have had 3 of my cars here for various repairs and through them all I can say they have truly been a great group to work and do top-notch work. I have referred several others as well, all of whom were equally impressed. Being a car enthusiast I do not settle for sub-par work and therefore I tapped into the car show community for recommendations. This is surely the best way to narrow down your options out of hundreds of companies in the twin cities, most of which are just looking to turn over cars as fast as possible. I have seen so many people go down that path in the past and with absolute regret, but I was not going to make that same mistake. "Good enough" does not work for me. Luckily the world is full of options to fit people's various needs. If you want it fast and/or cheap then surely go somewhere else, but if you want it right then this is your place!”
“I was quoted like $1300 at other shops to repair a couple light little scratches. I knew I was being ripped off so I bought a scratch remover kit to do it myself. Before I got a chance to use it I ran across these folks. I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me 80 bucks! I figured for that price I might as well let the professionals do it and I'm so glad I did. The scratches are gone, I mean gone! You wouldn't know where they were even if you went over the car with a microscope. Very impressed. Thanks folks.”

“My windshield seal flew off during that week of excessive windchill advisories and my husband I could didn’t want to try and glue the seal back on because we were worried about chipping the glass. I had called around to get an estimate, I was told from a larger twin cities company that I might need a complete new windshield and lane departure warning reconfiguration which was quoted at over $1000. A google search led me to Shannon Auto Glass and after reading the reviews, I felt like I could trust this shop and gave them a call. I drive past this shop every week and never gave it a second thought or hardly saw it as I was zooming by on the highway. Like most people, my thoughts automatically go to some larger company. I’m so glad I found this place because Shannon aka Shorty is the sweetest guy ever. He re-glued my windshield seal at zero cost and refused a tip until I insisted, which he gave to his service tech. The office building felt cozy , welcoming and comfortable. The service was quick and wonderful. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would put my trust in them for future services, as needed. Don’t hesitate to call Shorty for glass work .”
