My family came to buy a laptop and then was force to sign up to their membership saying that we will save money but then tells us afterward that if we cancel we will have to pay the difference. Annoying because we were lied to and force to sign up for something we didn't want to.

It was hard to find assistance in the store. We had questions about a Xbox live card and/or membership. Nobody out of 3 workers had a clue. They just pointed towards the direction as to where the cards 'could be'. No assistance was offered. I even inquired with one, he still just pointed in the direction of a different gift card display. Upon exiting, the guy told us (my client and I), thanks for stopping in, I said, 'we would have purchased something if we had assistance.' He then inquired about what we needed. He radioed the request and then 2 guys came, 2 of the guys we had already inquired with. There were no Xbox gift cards left. We could have saved a lot of time if the sales person had assisted from the beginning. That could be the reason there was only maybe 2 other customers in the store because of poor customer service. I remember when Best Buy had more customers than staff, but it looks the reverse nowadays. I left Best Buy and called a near by GameStop, the sales guy was very helpful and told me to come in and he will help me figure it out. Needless to say, we were able to find the gift card needed for the Xbox live. The guy googled it, so he can assist and my client purchased a controller. Thanks to the guy a GameStop, he values customers. Best Buy keep doing business in that way and your doors will be closing soon.

Staff was welcoming and helpful, store was clean and organized.
Found what we wanted, directed to additional item we needed and purchase made(a discount on the large item? )!
Staff helped load items with a smile.

- TV was delivered! Great delivery crew, called and let me know they were about 25 minutes away. Helped carry it upstairs and dropped off. Didn't pay the extra for installing but that is an option. Happy with overall service and product.
Bought a TV the other day. Hard to find help at first but the manager there made sure we were taken care of. She was super nice and accommodating.
The guy that helped us was honest and helped us pick a TV that was good quality but not over our budget.
Happy with this location.

We r elderly, went into store to purchase a laptop n desktop. No one to help after 15 minutes asked greater at door, her response was to b patient they only had 2 people on floor. Not my problem, if Best Buy wants to stay in business they need to b able to provide service to customers
