I had SUCH a fantastic experience at Auto Repair Champs. I cannot speak highly enough.My sad Kia needed a lot of front end work from brakes to tie rods to wheel bearings. My poor car wasn’t safe to drive, and it was loud when I drove. I assumed it was a suspension issue, but nope! I was walked through what work needed to be done. No, literally. Nabil walked me under my car, and showed me little by little (and I had quite a bit that needed work) what I needed, and more importantly, WHY I needed it.He told me to feel my rotors, to feel the grooves in them that were being made, and then showed me that my wheels were not stable in various ways. But he walked me through it all, and that gave me SUCH peace of mind in knowing I wasn’t throwing money at a non-issue.As someone who isn’t well-versed in mechanics, I left my car with him feeling very confident in what needed to be done. Nabil was patient with me as it took me a couple extra days to pick my car up, and gave me an itemized list of things that would eventually need to be done. He also told me, if I needed, he would show me what I could wait a little bit on, too. Thankfully, I had the funds to get all of the work done.That being said, I drive a lot. My cars are OFTEN being fixed, and I know for an absolute fact that all of the $1600 worth of work would have easily been 25%+ more anywhere else.When I came to pick my car up, Nabil said to me, “You’re going to feel like you’re driving a new car!” and insisted I take it for a test drive then swing back to let him know how it sounds. While I was having my car fixed, I was renting a brand new car, and let me tell you…my 2013 sounded NO different. I was amazed, and I am so grateful to find a mechanic I feel confident bringing my car, too.Nabil even called a few days later to follow up and make sure everything was going ok. I have NEVER in my 36 years had that kind of customer service and care given to me and my car from a repair shop. Never.Thank you, Nabil! You are a dang hero in my book! I appreciate you and your work SO much and will sing your praises to anyone who will listen!

I was over thrilled and appreciated the service I got from Nabil . I live up in Longville Mn and needed my vehicle repaired soon for the journey back home. Nabil repaired it the same day! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. And the price was very affordable. Thanks again!

This shop is amazing! The owner currently is working alone, he's extremely efficient and cares about his work and community. I do a lot of work myself on my bmw but had a strut job beyond my comfort level. He got it done quickly and even took the time to call my warranty company to see if it was covered. I'll be using him for all my repairs going forward.
