My experience at this store was phenomenal! The manager Steve has created a great culture for his employees and customers. Zach is the representative that helped me, he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and made the time spent well worth it. I would recommend this location to any new or existing customers, 10/10!

I started receiving unsolicited marketing texts - this is an FTC violation. I’ve never consented to receiving marketing by text from AT&T. I am not now nor have ever been a customer.

I went in with "dropped calls" coming from an important place. My call record showed no record of these calls trying to come in. I went into AT&T today, and right away, "Serjio," (spelling?), knew what was possibly happening. He was able to pull up on my phone that Yes, these calls were coming in and were "blocked." Most of the calls were coming from a computer system, and apparently I had a "Spam Protector" on my phone, that was the issue. He fixed it all, and even made sure to check out some other things. I am so happy this issue is finally taken care of. Thank you very much!!

Sam was superb! Prompt greeting. Skillful service. Friendly disposition toward me, other customers, and her staff. Gracefully juggled multiple tasks, undeterred, unflappable. She is an asset to the company to be sure.

The white bear store was great. Helped me tremendous. Lesly M was absolutely the best. I had a difficult request to move my business account back to a consumer account. The AT&T online team didn't help, the local dealer said he couldn't , and I then found Lesly who absolutely saved me. TMobile was next door and I was going there next to move my account to them if I didn't get my problem resolved. Thanks to Lesly I am still an AT&T customer
