I worked with Elizabeth Vargas to purchase a dining room table and chairs and a sectional and ottoman for my new house. I forgot to measure the door frame to access the basement of my house and the first sectional that I purchased did not fit and had to be returned. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to find a replacement sectional that I loved and that fit through the door. She was on call for me through the entire process and was so attentive to detail when it came to getting the delivery right. Also, the delivery team is AWESOME and I want to give a huge shout out to them. They give you such an accurate time frame for delivery and they are so nice! Elizabeth made me want to keep coming back to Ashley because I feel like I’m going to get great service and she’s so kind and friendly and you can tell she is a great person. Thank you Elizabeth and delivery team! You helped to make my home cozy!

Brooke did a great job yesterday helping me find a sofa-loveseat! She was amazing & nice.Came back today to find a coffee table, worked with Elizabeth to find one that would match perfectly. Can't wait for it to be delivered, and I will be a return customer!

Gina R. Was spectacular helping me find a living room set. She moved an end table so I could see how it might look.
I did have to return it because I didn’t take into account how wide the arms of the couches were but Elizabeth V made that process super easy and not embarrassing at all. She and Ben (5th day on the job), helped me measure a sectional and draw it out to make sure it would fit in my space (no middle arms to worry about!).
They were all great to deal with!
