The only medication that I am taking has recently been recalled due to the possibility that there are cancer causing properties found in this drug. I called the 2 pharmacies where I purchased the drugs and one other number found on the recall sheet, getting 3 different answers. It also said to contact my physician right away. I called Allina Clinic yesterday and was told I would get a call back; today I called again and was told the same thing and of course no call back. I feel as tho this clinic has really gone downhill on patient care the past year. Dr. Maurer is not easy to talk to and evidently her nurse no longer cares either. I have been going here for years but it's time to change. Very disappointing .

My NP IS REALLY SMART AND KNOWS MY MEDICAL HISTORY. I USUALLY CAN AT.LEAST GET A PHONE VISIT.I AM A RETIRED RN.

My first time seen at this clinic after my insurance changed through work. Everything was great and the provider I saw really took the time to listen to my concerns.

The provider I saw was very interested in hearing my health concerns, and explained my treatment very well, so I understood what to do. I would definitely refer my friends and family to this clinic. Everyone was very nice and helpful !

Friendly and engaging service. Whenever I bring my kids in the staff have fun talking with them and offer stickers. The nurses and doctors we've seen have been great, they haven't rushed us through the visit and make sure any questions I have are answered.

After my primary care doctor at another clinic retired, I needed to find another doctor. It is a great blessing to have Dr. Javid Akram as my primary care doctor. He and all of the people at Allina Maplewood have given me excellent care.

I had an upper respiratory infection that had been hanging on for over a week and caused my throat to swell up and me to loose my voice. I tested negative for strep the week before. I went in because the symptoms were getting worse. It was the first time I saw Dr. J. Akram. He and the rest of the staff were efficient, yet took time to listen to my concerns and check my history thoroughly. Dr. Akram gave me an appropriate treatment plan for a viral infection and let me know that I could reach out if I continue to have any further symptoms or issues. Overall, they provided great service!

I have always had a great experience any time I have been at an Allina Clinic (I have gone to Forest Lake, Maplewood and two other locations) - both medical professionals and staff are wonderful.

Wrong information on my chart. Did not address any of my current problems. Supposed to have a physical did not give me one. Communication issues and lack of care.
