Mice invested. Poorly lit. Several of my boxes went missing. No evidence of a break-in.
The renter next to me had a makeshift bedroom with a tarp curtain in the back of his unit and was there constantly using the storage unit for a living/workspace - spraying toxic solvents, blocking traffic, etc. I was lied to and was told he was asked to leave; he continued to still be there.
Several price increases.
No thanks… I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice, clean location. Safe and secure. Joy is great. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Spent most of last winter with my door frozen shut in 4 inches of ice and a 3 ft plow drift. Plus they reward loyalty by raising your rent every 6 months. It's good for a short-term but not really happy being a long-term renter. I already had to move out of my original unit because they kept raising the rent and now they're doing it on my next one.

I've been with acorn mini storage for some time now and i appreciate the support that has been shown to me there. when ever i needed a space for short term or long term I know Acorn had always help me with a budget plan or something to help me out when i was low on funds.The best part of it is that there security has went up higher to give the customer the feeling of "my belongs will be kept there safe" and i have nothing to worry about.Thanks Joy for all your Good Customer Service and hard work to maintain the facility.

Our first time renting a storage here was super easy. Joy helped us with pricing, showed us the storage, and booked us our perfect spot. Very friendly and was very informative. Highly recommend.
