Great place to work out if you like being the only one there or just one other at the most . Equipment is lil outdated but what do you expect from a small town ?

Dropped in for a workout while I was in town for a few days. Great drop-in price, good selection of dumbbells, kettlebells and lifting machines. Space for yoga, HIIT in the back. Great spot!
