No, they don't have branches all over the state and country, but we got past that within weeks. Having tellers who know you by name, kind and generous owners you see involved in the daily life of the town, and fellow friends and associates who frequent the bank make it feel like good family all the time. “I phoned MNLB late p.m. asking if there was ample time to rectify an ATM/Debit Card issue. Brittany eased my concern, conveying the Bank was open for another hour and took immediate ownership of my call.Brittany provided exceptional service with her upbeat/can-do attitude, making me feel like I was her only client. It wasn’t until the very end I discovered she was leaving very shortly to enjoy the beautiful 2023 summer day, being more interested in how I spent this lovely day. “I am so happy that US Bank decided to put a branch in Mound. It saves me the trip of having to go all the way to Wayzata. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help with other services, such as Notary or fax services. Doug helped me out today with one of theses additional services after cashing a check. The small lobby is always clean and bright. They offer complimentary soda, water or coffee if you would like a drink. Most often there is little to no wait and if there is, it is short. Time for a cup of coffee! It's great having these services in Mound!”

“I love my huntington bank. Back when I signed up for a checking account, the bank teller helped me through the whole process. She made it super easy for me to understand all fine print so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I use the drive through deposit every other week, and I love it! Everyone is super friendly and deposits my cash very fast! I haven’t used the ATM yet. I highly recommend using Huntington, especially this location!”
“They’re struggling a little bit with the transition and start up but the 2 encounters I’ve had here have been with friendly representatives. Really wish Huntington would print new debit cards on the spot like tcf did but I don’t believe this location deserves a 1 star review because the atm screen was INOP. Just sounds like one whiner to me. Feels quiet in here, hopefully they can get some new hires trained in.”
