I could not have had a more positive experience when I took my Stihl chainsaw in for service at Spike and Houle’s in Maple Plain. Swen is a master service technician when it comes to chainsaws. His attention to detail and thorough assessment of my chainsaw’s issue was outstanding! Swen is also a good communicator…making sure you understand what and why maintenance work is needed.

I've been going here since I was a kid. I love Spikes and Houles!
Excellent place for feed and farm supplies. They provide top-notch service, high-quality products, and even some random gift items if you're in a pinch.
This is the kind of small town store that makes you feel like a friend every time you go in. It's hard to find a place like this these days...
Even if you don't need feed or farm supplies, check them out anyway for cute and unique gifts and garden supplies.

Fabulous feed store. They have a great selection of farm and outdoor supplies, and I love that they load items from the warehouse into your car.

Swen is quick, efficient and has a great attitude. I take care of the public works for the city of Maple Plain and take all my stihl equipment to Swen, he always finds a solution and let’s me know better ways to use my equipment when he notices more ware on certain parts, I would safely point anybody’s stihl business his direction!
