I brought my 2009 Honda CRV to M & M as the Honda dealer in a recall issue indicated that an alignment and tie rod repair was needed. M & M checked the car and took it for a test drive. They said no repairs were needed. There was no charge. All my prior experiences at M & M Express have been friendly and honest. The pricing is fair. I strongly recommend this auto repair shop. I will not return to m@m in Maple lake, they do not do what they say, for tire repair, she said 30 min. After an hour I waited, the tire was not touched, she was sorry, that did not help my travel and the spare donut I had to drive on. Also I had asked for a quote on 4 new tites, no response, she was too busy telling stories to a customer.Service: Tires

I know there is a labor shortage but waiting for 9 hours to get my new tires on isn't acceptable. I have to work too. Held hostage without my car for 9 hours.
