General experience with SROA has been favorable. Recently received a 30 day noticed that rates are increasing over 20%, with not explanation or justification. Very frustrating.

This was my Dad’s storage unit and when he passed away suddenly they were very kind and compassionate and helpful with me taking over payments until were were able to get the unit emptied.

There is a review from 3 years ago regarding the place being a mudhole . No one mentioned the fact that there was a new building being put up and there was a large area that was under construction and the heavy snow and melting didnt help matters . It was all paved with asphalt that spring looks beautiful and landscaped. Just felt that details are of importance in situations as those.
