Shayla Benson from the Maple Grove location is the absolute BEST!She helped my fiancé create the most beautiful ring - he says she was super helpful & patient through the months leading up to proposing as he went in several times! Now as we look at wedding bands, we are confident we are in the best hands with her as we make our next purchase.Have nothing but great things to say about Shayla, and would recommend working with her hands down

This place is amazing! Best service!I brought in a few pieces for repair, including my mother’s broken wedding ring with the stone missing, just a week and a half before my wedding. Veneise was extremely helpful, understanding me and each piece and, when I said I wanted something different for the stone, she suggested my mother’s birthstone, sapphire. She also said it could be my “something blue”, which I loved but I never expected it would be repaired and ready in time for my wedding. But she said they would see what they could do.Fast forward to 3 days before my wedding and I stopped in to have my wedding ring redipped (an awesome service they provide- it came out insanely sparkly), and my mother’s ring was ready and absolutely beautiful! It was just like I remember it on her but now blue — it brought tears to my eyes. Now I have my something old, something blue, and a beautiful piece of my mom to wear on my wedding day!Thank you to Veneise, for her awesome suggestions and making this happen, the expert who repaired it made it look like new, as well as to Jess who provided such amazing service with mine and my fiancés wedding rings that I trusted Wedding Day with my mom’s treasures in the first place. Jess seriously was awesome - she helped us pick out the perfect rings for us and quickly resized my wedding band when we thought we were eloping so I could leave the store with it same day.Thank you to the whole team at Wedding Day! The sales people are super helpful and not pushy at all, they really take the time to get to know you and offer things that are better than what you imagine! Wedding day also offers super easy cleaning, inspection, redipping service for life - I’ll definitely be using that in the years to come!

My husband and I went in today to get our rings cleaned and my husband ended up getting me a beautiful Mother’s Day gift! The 3 ladies at this Maple Grove location were wonderful & amazing!!!! It was so cute that one was engaged, one was pregnant, and the other was super pleasant & so helpful the moment we walked in! A very different, loving & sweet vibe at Maple Grove’s location compared to the one in Roseville which never feels pleasant or inviting. I absolutely loved the feel they gave us today and from now on plan to drive to the maple grove location just because these ladies were so lovely!

I can’t say enough positive things about Jon and his team at the Maple Grove wedding day. Jon helped me and my fiancé with my engagement ring and our wedding bands. I ended up needing my band resized and they had it done within 24 hours. Jon is extremely knowledgeable, patient and did not pressure us at all. We will always buy our jewelry at MG wedding day!

The ONLY place to purchase fine jewelry in the MSP area! I bought my wife’s engagement and wedding rings at WDD and was amazed at the selection of beautiful designs available. Recently my wife caught her ring on a metal gate as she tripped and fell, smashing the ring and losing three of the diamonds.I called WDD and spoke with Jessica about repairing the ring and she reminded me that WDD would repair the ring and replace the lost diamonds free of charge! I had forgotten about this great warranty benefit - another reason to shop at WDD!The repairs were beautifully done and the ring is as good as new! Thank you Jessica and Wedding Day Diamonds!

Wedding Day diamonds is the BEST jewelry store. In fact, it’s the ONLY jewelry store with which I’ll do business. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I worked with Sarah R. and she was remarkable and provided exceptional service. The manager John is also helpful and very knowledgeable.We purchased my ring at the Maple Grove Wedding Day Diamonds store approximately 12 years ago. At that time we were impressed with the sales people in relation to their helpfulness and honesty, as well as the selection.. When it came to hearing about their warranty when we bought my ring, I thought “wow that’s an amazing warranty and hard to believe.” Especially because other stores make you bring it in every six months to get it checked and if you don’t bring it in every 6 months there’s no coverage for repairs etc.Fast forward 12 years and I can tell you they honor that increíble warranty! I never brought my ring in to get it checked the entire time but when I brought it in recently, some of the side stones were a little loose. They fixed it for free.Since I had my ring in there, anyway, I decided to upgrade the diamond. The help from Sarah R. in selecting another diamond and educating me was awesome, and the timeframe within which they serviced the ring was also great! The goldsmith does great work.I also needed to resize my ring and they did it for free, 12 years AFTER I bought it. Again, it’s a warranty you likely won’t find elsewhere and they stand by their warranty without any hesitation.When I upgraded the diamond in my wedding ring, I had them use that diamond to make a necklace pendant. Again, great service! I couldn’t say enough good things about this store.
