“Love the new system. You schedule your appointment, show up on the day and time, and your pet is seen within a few minutes. Big contrast from the past when you lost most of your day lining up to get your pet seen, with the risk of not getting seen do to the high volume of people trying to get their pets in.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Melco & the entire staff. We had been taking our sweet boy, Burt to Dr. Melco for the 8 years that we had him & Dr. Melco always went ABOVE & BEYOND for Burt. He saved his life more than once, including a terrifying incident with kinetic sand! (He stayed open late to do life saving surgery!) He treated us & Burt with so much compassion, and especially at the end of his life…He listened, and tried to do as much as he could to make Burt comfortable those last few months. He came to our house when the time came to put Burt down & even called me the next day to see how we were doing & to tell me how wonderful of a dog Burt was.
