I went in the store last year because it looked like I was eligible for an upgrade. My wife and I ended up both getting new phones and traded in our old ones. Once we got our bill, it appeared that my wife's trade in hadn't registered and we were paying for the full price of the phone. We were assured that the price would be adjusted within a billing cycle or 2 and we'd be credited for the overpayment. That was last May. Now it's almost March of the following year and still dealing with this issue. We've been thrown around to different representatives, each saying "I submitted the ticket, you should see your corrected bill with credits from the previous months." We've also had a serious of other issues on this same transaction but this one has been the most persistent and the most frustrating. It sounds like there was an error made in store on the initial transaction and no one has been able to fix it. We would have never upgraded had we know this was going to be such a big issue. Today, I've reached out to several representatives (not from this store, but people the store told me will have to fix it), and none of them have responded to me. I don't know what to do. I feel like I've been totally screwed by this branch.

I recently bought 6 lines over to Verizon with the help of Dale, Billy W and Brandon. Dale and Billy did a great job organizing what I needed and getting all the phone numbers transferred and everyone’s data transferred to their new phone. Brandon helped with the phone trade-in process when I brought the old phones back. I highly recommend the team at Verizon store on Dunkirk. When you call the store you actually get a live person.

Dale was the absolute best customer service person I’ve ever worked with! This store is our new go to Verizon location. He was knowledgeable on every product and extremely helpful in getting the best deals and saving us money. He saved us as much money as we planned on spending when we came in! Dale is a superstar!!
