changing my review from 5 stars to 1 since my monthly bill jumped from $64 to $295. No explanation of the charges.
We specifically said we needed 2 phones on the same plan and they printed off a “quote” which is inaccurate to what we have to pay on our next bill.
DO NOT UPGRADE OR SWITCH! Deceitful and very disappointed. They tricked us into doing something we didn’t want, and we were so specific in making sure it was the same plan not just the same account.
I wish I could go back because I’m not okay with my bill increasing $230 after we were told it would increase by $10.
Stupid. Now I understand why this place has horrible reviews. I will never be back to this location. I wish I could return my phone and go back in time. I’m extremely disappointed with Verizon and their employees.

Not sure what’s up with some of the negative reviews. Had a great experience here even though there were some difficulties. They even refunded me a $30 fee because of an inconvenience when I was purchasing a new phone.
Will be looking to switch to Verizon home internet soon as well since we had a positive experience.
We had to come back 2 days in a row for different things and multiple phone purchases and each time was a breeze. Super helpful staff, and we enjoyed working with Jazmyn. ¨̮

As long as you don't have questions, need help, or need constant fast data speeds, Verizon is great. Website is not user friendly, customer service access extremely slow, and calls are taking longer to go through. Not sure if any other company is better but it has been very frustrating. I've been with them from decades and several times I have not received full credits as promised because of large company rigidity. I've voiced my concerns many times to Verizon so what I've said here is not new. I am seriously considering a move to another service provider.

I've been a customer of three major wireless carriers, and the Verizon representatives at this store are the best. I had to replace my phone in an emergency, and Destiny respectfully answered my questions and got me sorted out quickly. This is the best Verizon store in Minnesota.

I’m very sorry I switched.
1. Don’t have hotspot.
2. For whatever reason they couldn’t get my bank account straightened and blocked me. Then didn’t even allow me to pay with a credit card. I HAD TO bring CASH to the store.
Duuuude!!!! This is 2024. How often you have people bring hundreds of dollars in cash?
Very disappointed.
If you are thinking about switching to Verizon, DON’T.
You will be sorry if you do

Terrible experience all around. I went to drop off my phones for a trade in, thinking it would be a 5 minute drop off. First phone went through fine, but our second phone they were having issues pulling it up for trade in. They were unable to do anything on their end and said I had to contact their Loyalty team. I don’t understand why they couldn’t contact the loyalty team and get it resolved? They gave no sense of direction for what to ask the loyalty team and the girl I worked with could have cared less about handling it herself. We contacted the loyalty team and they are stating the complete opposite from what this store said and now we are given direction to go back into the store. Each time we talk to someone the information is different. Every time we go to Verizon there seems to be an issue with our account due to a technical difficult or miscommunication. The issue is still not resolved after we have spent days trying to fix something this store should have taken care of when I went to physically drop off the phones.

I was at this store 12/24 to purchase a gift for a Christmas gift. Money was taken out my account but what I received was an invalid gift card. When back tried to get help. A rep took my number n a pic of gift card transaction. Was told a manager would call. Never called. What a rip off. They still haven’t fixed the issue or gave a refund. Im pissed. Customer service can’t help said to go back to store I did still nothing!!! So I’m just out my hard earned money.

I took my iPad in for repair. The battery could only run the device for 20 min. As long as the iPad was plugged in, I didn't have any issues. I dropped it off to have a new battery put in. A few days later they said it wasn't the battery but I also needed another part. Then they called and said the iPad stopped working completely and it was unrepairable. They would not do anything to try to fix it. I am not sure what happened during the week they had it, but I dropped off a working device and picked up a broken one. I have been to other WeBresk locations and I have had great experiences. But I would avoid this location.

This location has long needed staff. I know at this point it’s hard to get reliable people. But even if they need to pay more, they are losing money out the door. I was coming to buy two iPads and two iPad covers along with chargers. Do you know my weight was over two hours. Simply because they didn’t have the staff to help they’re losing a lot of money off of people just simply because they don’t have staff. They sent me a link today to make an appointment and it was all the way into January 2 or third. That is absolutely ridiculous when you just want to buy some products from them.

Extremely disappointed with my daughter’s experience at maple grove Verizon store. I sent her in to upgrade her phone and they gave her the run around. Told her her phone was not eligible for an upgrade when it’s right there in her account that it was and she had gotten a text saying she was eligible for an upgrade. Lady kept running into back room to check on something and would be gone for 15 minutes at a time. Tried to sell my daughter a bunch of other things-watch, iPad, etc. Luckily her aunt went in with her and was able to keep them from taking advantage of her. Also was very fortunate that I had gone into our Verizon store in Lincoln Ne earlier that day and had a quote from them for the upgrade and discount on new phone. After seeing the quote from our Verizon store, suddenly my daughter’s phone was eligible for upgrade and we were able to get the offer that was eligible for her in our plan. Glad we had that ahead of time or I feel my daughter would have been railroaded. Next time my daughter needs a phone we will be doing business at our store in Nebraska.
