Our house had an unexpected exterior repairs needed due to a poor roof design and lack of proper flashing. Being new homeowners who had just moved into our new home, Derek understood our need not let the scope of the project creep and costs reasonable.
Derek not only completed the repairs, but also modified the roof to prevent this from ever being an issue in the future. The final project cost came in comfortably under the estimated "not to exceed" price.

Do not go with this company! They framed our deck, it heaved awful, came out to look at it, told us to do something else first and then call them back. They failed on any follow-up phone calls to get them back out. The wife accidently picked up my call and hung up after she got my name. They are legally responsible for the repairs, obviously they are not the kind of business I thought they were. Our neighbors also had them do deck work and also got ghosted when calling about repairs. Do not waste your money with this awful company! We had to pay another company to do the repairs that they were responsible to do for free according to state laws.

I paid to have a composite deck installed. part of the deck droops between joists. i requested repair and the so-called repair did not work. The deck droops between joists after the so-called repairs. Repeated calls went unanswered. This deck was built in 2011
If it turns out that they did not get the proper permits and approvals, I will sue for proper repairs in order to sell. Do not use this company!!

Uneek design put in a new deck for me. They were responsive from the very beginning. Their pricing came in the middle of all the bids. I loved Derricks enthusiasm & professionalism when I first sat down with him to discuss a new deck. The challenge was working with my association to approve a new design deck with maintenance free that met their guide lines. Uneek design was patient with the process, offered awesome recommendations. Ultimately the deck was approved and I can't wait to enjoy it this summer. I've had several owners say the deck looks awesome. Thank you Uneek Design!!

Sarah was amazing!
Her estimate was very detailed and transparent. It was really helpful that she guided me as I was trying to decide which floor to install.
She was always responsive. The quality of the work was amazing and she was always on time.

Installed new composite decking on old deck and spiral staircase. Quality was excellent. Came on time a spromised, great daily follow up by owner. One minor problem was that one of the exterior siding that had been removed was not reattached properly, but o didn't call him as I could correct it in 10 minutes. I would definitely use them again

The Uneek team came highly recommended and exceeded our expectations. They were transparent with schedule and cost and Sarah provided great advice from start to finish! Our project entailed several pieces, most notably a full foyer remodel from our 1990's Honey Oak stairway to all new dark stained wood and wrought iron spindles, new knockdown ceilings, paint, lights, and carpet. It is truly stunning and Derrick's craftmanship on the stairway was top notch! We also did a full kid's bathroom remodel that looks like it's straight from a magazine. Uneek's full team of subcontractors take so much pride in their work and it shows! We already have plans for our next project with Uneek and look forward to getting started!

Initially had a good interview, though i thought the price for a hobby room that we had already gutted was high. All was needs was some framing, electric, dry wall, flooring, trim work, and install of a egress window. Was done for a few months before i moved my daughter down there. Well big storm on july 5th proved otherwise. Room flooded as they did not dig the additional 6 inches below the window framing. window cover in place, but you can see where they failed to fill in next to the well they installed. This had gone of for a while as i thought it was damp when i had gone in and out of the room, but was never quite sure. Ripped the carpet and padding out. Had to rip off the sheet rock on that wall and ultimately to be safe paid to have drain tile installed after digging down the additional 6 inches below the window installation (which is code, again the drain tile team had to tell me this). They mauled my concrete to put in the window well, when shaving some off would have sufficed. Drop ceiling was hung and all wavy might i add. Theres more, but i think you get the idea. Also they left garage materials on the side of my house, i like how i had to pay the garbage disposal fee though. i had to repost this review as the original was removed. this is why it was only posted a year ago vs 2018. since I see I am being contradicted here are my photos to go along with the justified review. if the job had been done right i wouldnt be leaving a negative comment, just want to save others from a horror of an experieince.

The Uneek team exceeded our expectations remodeling our foyer with new stained wood, wrought iron spindles, knockdown ceilings, paint, lights, and carpet. Amazing craftsmanship! Highly recommended!

Uneek Design is a superior company to work with from start to finish because they actually care about your project t and want to help you achieve your goals. Sarah was excellent asking the right questions but listening g to our concerns after 6 estimates we were not satisfied with. This was on first call and Derrick was out to look at project within. 2 days. He actually built the new deck the way we would have done it ourselves only with updated info on footings that would work with our damp soil plus he got our deck up start to finish in 6 days. One day was just dropping off materials. I would say from all our experiences with contractors that there is no other better or more qualified than Uneek Design! We are pleased and did not have to monitor the project .... go here, hands down!
