“I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately I was in a car accident recently and needed to have my car towed to a body shop. The insurance company arranged for a different tow company to retrieve the car. As I was in the hospital, I was not able to follow up until the next day. When I checked, my car was still in the same spot and they had noted they couldn’t find it. The damaged car sat overnight at the accident scene and thankfully was not impoundedWe were able to reach out to Nishan auto services instead and they were able to retrieve the car. Not only did they pick up the car but they came to the hospital to get the keys directly from me so that they could do it.I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the level of service, communication, and professionalism.”
“I had a great experience here. I took my car in for repairs after someone had backed into me. The employees were lovely. They kept me informed through the entire process. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I had had a terrible week, and when I got in my car and saw they had cleaned it up for me I cried. One of my least favorite tasks is cleaning my car and it was way over due for a cleaning. I had been thinking of that impending task all week which was adding to my stress. And now, that was one less thing I had to be stressed about. It's really the little things that make the biggest impact. I will absolutely be using their services again if I ever need repairs.”

I could understand some additional costs, but this was unexpected, and seemed pretty high to me.”

“I called this morning saying I needed some quick and dirty body work to make my 2016 Camry safe to drive after hitting some higway debris. “The exhaust fell off my car driving down 169. I walked to the Champlin Sinclair station and asked if they could help me. They walked down the road the where my car was. The guy crawled under my car and said he could probably reattach it while I wait. They immediately removed a car from their bay and drove my car in. They replaced a few rusty exhaust clamps and put everything back together. I was in and out in 30 minutes for $60. Super happy. Everyone was super nice and thoughtful! They really saved the day for me!”

“He arrived at his scheduled time. I had two flat tires. He replaced one flat tire with my spare so it was towed at a reasonable price. Two flat tires would require a flat bed, expensive. To access the spare tire in the trunk he had to remove numerous items in the trunk and put them in the back seat. He had no issues in doing this extra work to get to the spare. Thank you United Towing and Recovery!”
